Great family owned shop! Good friendly service!
Resolved issue with my vehicle. Reasonable pricing and happy with results of repairs.
Great, honest, mechanics! They never over charge or reccomend fixing things that aren't broken.
The staff and mechanics are genuinely concerned about their work and the customers vehicles.. safety and quality work.They are NOT CHEAP but, neither are they on the scale of dealership prices. They are my "Go To" place for all my vehicle repairs and service.
They go out of the way to make it right. I am a mechanic myself and I changed my own master cylinder on my 07 impala but couldn't the brakes bled as you need a computer to bleed this model and it is a notoriously difficult to get all the air out of this model. They quoted me about $50 to begin with but didn't realize the computer was needed and would now be $100, they called me fof approval before performing work that would increase price. A few hours later they called me stating my car was ready, I drove it around a bit but returned it because the brakes though better still went right. They then spent 2 days making it right. No extra charge. No blaming another bad component on the car. No blaming my workmanship. $120 with taxes and fees for 3 days work. They lost money on the job but gained a customer for all work I can't do myself.
I love these guys! The have been taking care of my wife and I for years now, and I would not take my car anywhere else. They are fair, they never try to oversell you on things you don't need, and they always give us sound advice. Customer service is excellent, and they do great work. Can't recommend them highly enough!

Been out service center for many years. Always fast & efficient. Very friendly staff
These guys have been doing a great job with all the cars we own. I am going to get 250 k miles from my ‘04 Acura TSX with their help. At 190 k now.

Sorry to see the previous three lukewarm reviews. As for me, in October 2018, at the Capital Circle, NE location, I received: Superb service, excellently and quickly done, and at a surprisingly low price -- about half the dealer labor rate. My issue was the replacement of a failed electronic/display-screen unit. I probably got a little lucky with the super-quick turnaround. All that said, I couldn't be more satisfied with the customer and technical service. Kudos to Booth and John, and to "BT", who did the actual work.

Great place keep up the good work
The staff are really concerned about the customers and they take time to listen.

One of BEST shops in the area! The staff is friendly and goes the extra mile to make sure customers understand repairs and are satisfied with the work performed.
First time, but not our last. Close to home, awesome customer service, and reasonable pricing. If you've never used them, try them out. You won't be disappointed.
I just had my truck looked at and was quoted over $2000 for the repair at another shop. I brought my truck to auto experts and was surprised to find out it only took $200 to fix the problem. Not only fair and honest but reasonably priced. I would recommend to all!

I have used both locations of Auto Experts and know many of the guys by name (I have two older autos). They have always worked with me and treated me kindly. They feel like neighbors. I drive through North and Central Florida for work and put on many miles on my older cars. I never felt that these guys misled me and I feel that they always tried to work things out for me. This is not the cheapest shop in town but they aren't crazy expensive and I trust their work.

I have been allowing these folks to do ALL work on my truck and my wife's car for over 20 years; everything from oil changes to tires, engine and brake repair- the works!!!!
I have the highest regard for the office staff there (Lane, Bruce, and Chris); they have always shown the highest degree of professionalism and honesty when it came to repairs or replacement of our automotive needs. I never found there estimates to be unreasonable, and only once did I have an issue with work there, and then, it was due to a manufacturing defect in a tire I had purchased there. They are extremely timely in their repairs, and will shuttle you to your work when you drop your vehicle off.
These folks are the real deal. No doubt about it.
And they repair lawn equipment to boot!!!!

A big thanks to Mike and Lane. They helped me out while passing through Tallahassee with a broken trailer leaf spring. Mike stopped what he was doing and got me back on the road again. Thanks again for your time and help.
The only thing that these guys are "xperts" at is taking your money. They will take a look at your car just to find out what's wrong with it and then charge you a $50 diagnostic fee afterwards without telling you beforehand that there would be a fee. After I called the guy out on it he rudely told me "don't bring it back here". Don't worry guy I won't and I would advise anyone who is reading this to not take their cars there either.
