Always fast and friendly service from the entire team at Everest. We've been going there for over ten years and never once has there been an issue.
We had end of the day car troubles and had it towed right to Everest. They ran diagnostics the same day and had it fixed as soon as the parts were received. The communication, customer service, and work quality is unmatched.

I once was a loyal customer. No more.Strike 1: Took my 2004 Toyota Tacoma for differential fluid change. I was told that the front differential was bad since there were metal shavings in the old fluid. I took it to Newark Toyota for a second opinion. They told me Everest was wrong. The front differential was fine. However, they did find a drive shaft issue that Everest missed.Strike 2: Took my husband's BMW 535 for a rough idle. Everest said the plugs were bad and need intake cleaning. Tried to drive it home but was not drivable due to random idle. They forgot to reset something after the intake cleaning. Eventually, it was determined that the injectors were bad. We fixed them ourselves for 1/2 the quoted price.Strike 3: Took my BMW X3 for transfer case fluid change and radiator flush. I provided the BMW concentrated coolant since it is different than regular coolant. I discussed this when making the appointment. I reminded them about the BMW concentrated coolant when dropped off at 8am. I get a call at 4pm saying that they didn't know it was concentrated coolant and didn't have distilled water. Now, they had the car for 8 hours and just realized this 2 hours before closing! I would have provided the distilled water if I was told they needed it. Both Mike and John knew this.Three strikes...out! I miss Nurry.

Great work at an excellent price, bought my car in the morning to get the fuel system cleaned. Got my car back in the afternoon, and on the way home I can feel a difference in driving. Excellent work, definitely recommend

Everest looks for ways to trim a customer's bill rather than pad it. They are more than honest and they stand by their work. I'm so glad we found this shop. We've taken multiple cars there for over 10 years.
