Had a problem with my car , since it's engine light is on it didn't pass the test at Delaware. Don't know if the problem was big or small.we took the car to couple of car repair shops and didnt like their way of explanation and price quote. Then found some best reviews on Google about Everest and thought to give a shot. Initially they did a diagnostic test as others already did and fixed the problem, but again the light came back. Their thinking is that the car has some other problem than expected.. They worked on it for almost 5.30 hours tried 7 different times and was surprised to see all the 5 people are working on my car for hours.. Am afraid that they are gonna charge me as others for all the hours*people worked on my car. That will be more than the cost of the car..lol. After fixing the problem the team lead came to me and told it's all set to go and they charged the same what he already quoted in the morning, here I say that HONESTY lies in them. Their team work really impressed me. Their nature of nEVER rESTing (Everest) work until they exactly find and fix the problem was more than awesome.Finally my car passed the test today and am very happy to spend few minutes on appreciating these good and wonderful auto genius people at Everest. God bless you all for your Honesty and true service..

Read some good reviews and scheduled an appointment for oil change. Staff is friendly, helpful, and straightforward. I am definitely going back for all my car repair and maintenance needs!!

First off I never write reviews. No one has grabbed my attention enough to take the time to do so. Unfortunately my service at Everest today has put my evening on hold in order to write a review. The guys (and gals) at Everest were completely professional yet still managed to feel like a saturday talking shop with some buddies in the driveway. Not only did they perform the work i requested, they managed to fix a problem leftover from a less than stellar visit to a neighboring business. At no extra cost! I had to steal an Everest sticker off the counter as I left which now resides on my rear window. Amazing job and I will absolutely be a returning customer and hopefully provide them with some fresh faces as well. Only five stars guys sorry, I used a sharpie to draw a few more on the screen but i guess thats not a Google friendly format!

Everest Auto is one of the best shops I have ever taken my vehicle to. They are upfront about what to expect, promptly get back to you whenever they spot something you should be concerned about and are very reasonable with their prices. Last but not least, they are very friendly, honest and approachable. A lot of places I've been too tend to let the busy nature of work reflect in their attitudes when dealing with customers, thankfully I've never received that impression from anyone at Everest.

As an out-of-state parent with a student at UD, I am very pleased with the quality of service and integrity that characterizes this shop. Thanks.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience! Friendly service, great prices, everything was on time and Travis took the time to explain everything to me. As a female, going to the mechanic is something I usually hate doing, knowing I am bound to be ripped off etc...but not at Everest! I will absolutely be back here for anything my car needs and would recommend this place to anyone looking for a new mechanic!

This is my very first review of any mechanics place ever. I was never really compelled to write as review about auto repair shops because while some of them were decent, I was never truly impressed with the overall experience to take the trouble to write a review - well, until now, at least. I am so genuinely impressed with the consistent care and honesty shown by Everest Auto, I feel that it is an absolute necessity to recommend this place in any way I can. In short, I very willingly give this place five stars (in fact, I would give it six stars if I could). I don't know much about cars, and when I went to other places for little troubles or concerns I have about my car I often felt dismissed because the mechanics didn't really listen to my concerns thoroughly nor explain the possible causes of the problem I have, using the terms that I can understand. At Everest Auto, they do show genuine care and never fail to provide details explanations and answers. Every time I have been there, not only have I been treated with honesty when it comes to prices and what exactly my needs are for the car, but also I have witnessed other customers being treated with the same consistent honesty and friendliness. And the customers, including myself, always express their true gratitude before they leave. It is definitely a huge relief to have a auto shop that I can really trust! Even though it's a little out of the way from my house, I would never go to anywhere else again for car troubles!

I have taken my two cars, as well as my daughter's and son's, for several years and have always had a very pleasant experience. They routinely perform an automotive inspection and recommend service but never pressure the customer to have service performed unless it is a serious safety issue. Cathy, the ofice manager, and all of the technician staff are all friendly, helpful and knowledgable. I would highly recomment Everest for minor and major service and automotive repairs.

They do a great job of diagnosing the issue, offering solutions and informing you of the priority of issues. All of this in a no-pressure manner and without condescension. I'm sure the work is good too but I haven't taken my vehicle there long enough to actually offer an informed opinion on that.One positive example is that I had a starting issue for several years with my vehicle. Travis was the first mechanic who actually tried to figure my problem out before demanding money.

I will never go to another auto mechanic, and I bet if you go to Everest you never will either! I am so relieved to have finally found a place to take my car where I absolutely trust that I will not be ripped off or taken advantage of. The people at Everest are always looking out for my best interest! They are honest about what is going on in my car, what is dangerous and what I can put off. When I had something fixed there and it didn't seem quite right, I brought the car back in and it was finished faster than I ever thought possible (and for free!). It's a friendly atmosphere, not at all intimidating, and I rave about Everest to every friend that I hear of who is having car problems.

By far this is the best auto repair shop I have ever used. Knowledgeable, trustworthy all around good guys...and gal(Cathy).
