Super impressed! My daughter’s car had a broken windshield wiper arm that we needed removed. Was expecting to pay, but they removed broken part as requested and CHARGED NOTHING. Receptionist was very professional, helpful, and nice. Will definitely go back for future car needs.
I had an AMAZING experience at Everest. I came in the day after a snow storm and was provided with top notch customer service, after being rejected by three other tire maintenance facilities. Mike went above and beyond and had my tire ready in a timely fashion. I will be back in the future.
I came across Everest Auto Repair after my wife recommended them to me from when she had her vehicle serviced there. The wait time for an appointment was considerably shorter than the dealership I usually take my truck to. They were able to get me in for a diagnostic in about a week.When I called to make an appointment I spoke with Mike who would be my point of contact throughout the entire process. He was very pleasant and took his time explaining everything to me. Due to the impending snow storm I dropped my vehicle off the night before and within an hour or two after they opened I was sent a text message that had a full diagnosis of my vehicle with detailed pictures of what they found wrong.About 15 minutes later Mike called me to discuss the options available to me and even took the time to rework the quote after removing some of the repairs that I could hold off on for the time being. At no point did I ever feel like I was being upsold anything or pressured with add ons that I didn't need or want. They quickly began working on my vehicle and had it finished the next day.I would absolutely recommend Everest Auto Repair to anyone looking for an auto shop with honesty, reasonable prices and transparency.

The mechanics are qualified guys, down to earth ready to take on any task their work is guaranteed and warranted calling them and discussing whatever work that was done, if there's a problem with it afterwards, never a problem bring you car back, small intimate environment where your questions are immediately answered while you enjoy a hot cup of coffee courtesy of Everest Auto while they repair your car.
Went to get a light bulb change. The service was fast & reasonably priced. The office was clean, warm and inviting. The receptionist was pleasant and welcoming with conversation and snacks.
Stopped in to get the code's read on my vehicle, Mike was very friendly and accommodating. He had another technician help read the codes on my Volkswagen. Unfortunately I was in a time crunch and was unable to have them look into my vehicle but they were very friendly and helpful with just a free service they offer.
Greeted with a pleasant welcoming smile when you walk through the door. Ready to assist, friendly and professional. Michael was that person who greeted me. He is professional, knowledgeable, helpful and honest. He also kept me up to date with the progress for a part that was order.Great job ! Most thorough multi point inspections ever. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable, and they work with you on prioritizing what is most important. Very fair and upfront pricing.

They have a motto they seem to hold to well. Always honest... But it is only reasonable to realize they are top technicians and not magicians. Troubleshooting is an art and a discover process. These fine technicians have the training and experience that relieves them of much of the guess and crystal ball work. Well run and ordered shop. Super management.
Car was towed in on a Friday and wouldn’t start, it was ready on Monday and runs good as new. Very satisfied
