They are very experienced, explain things that are understandable. I've been dealing with them for a long time
I do like this business and they are very trustworthy but recently it has been hard to stomach their 100% markup on parts. I'm still not sure if it's actually the shop or the parts supplier. This is a good place to get basic maintenance or diagnostics done though.

I love Everest Auto! They are also so kind and willing to look into all my car issues. Their customer service and detail to mechanical issues is hard to beat anywhere else. Their detailed reports are also really informative and help me know how to prioritize what I can afford at different times for car maintenance. Thank you Everest Auto!

Always professional, quality parts installed buy certified mechanics. They always are on time and have your vehicle ready when they say. Repeat customer. Times 5 years.

The team was very helpful - giving me a complete diagnosis and then prioritizing the needed repairs. They also were very quick in getting my car back to me. It is hard to find quality work from people you trust not to take advantage of you. I’d highly recommend them to anyone.

This business NEVER fails to satisfy us. Today Jordan and Travis, the owner, addressed our problem concerning our oil light coming on. Jordan immediately relayed our concern to Travis who explained to us the reason for the problem. He happily took care of the situation. He did not rush and he double checked everything before we left his business.Thank you Travis and Jordan!
I must say, these people here are awesome! They are so nice and friendly. The service and report they give you detailing what's going on with your car..is equivalent to the luxury car dealership service. I highly recommend them! You can hear there smile over the phone. You guys are great!
Went in for an oil change; the mechanic found a few issues I was unaware of and I was happy to have them fixed! I was sent photos and an estimate in a timely fashion. My car feels great now and I have peace of mind. The work was finished faster than I expected. It was nice to have my car back a day earlier than I thought I would. Reasonably priced. Will go back for my next service.
They were able to get me in and get my brakes done before I went on a long trip. Final price matched the estimate, they examined before replacing, and were extremely helpful with providing transportation. Staff is extremely friendly and professional.
