Out of all the CRM programs that we have tried this is by far the best. Results speak for themselves. Well worth it.

Our customers are engaged with us and know that we truly care about them. The text messaging allows us as owners to hear about their experience and any concerns they may have. Our google reviews have gone up and business has been great. The customer support has been excellent. Any time I have a question, I know I can get help right away. I highly recommend My Shop Manager.

I am a long time user of automotive repair shop customer retention management systems and to say that I was skeptical starting out with MyShopManager would be an understatement! Naturally, everyone has the best system or product when coming from their perspective and they are trying to sell it to you. My experience with these folks has far exceeded even the claims that were made at the onset! The dashboard and portal are very easy to use and the prices are fair. Our customers respond very well to the text message notifications and has opened up new lines of communication between us. Moreover, any time I have had an issue with the technology due to an update or computer change on our end or questions about a campaign, there response is immediate and the customer service is top notch! It's a pleasure to do business with an organization that wants you to succeed as much as you do! MyShopManager Rocks!

MyShopManager has helped increase car count within months. Their texting feature has been super successful and when we're a little slow I can send out a slow day blast to hundreds of existing clients and usually get anywhere from 20-30 call backs. Also another great feature is they help push leaving reviews in followup messages so we've gotten more Google reviews in the last few months than we have the last 2 years. All of the team there that I have spoken with is Awesome!

Great tool cant wait to do more with it we spent so much money on other direct mail & internet search items in recent years , never produced these kind of results.

We are a brand new shop and this is a great tool to keep up with your existing customers. Being new we decided to pass for now on the service due to costs ($197 mo+) being too high for us & to focus on new customer acquisition. I can see the importance of their product once we are more established and we will be back at that time to work with MSM.
