I have been using My Shop Manager for a year now. I love the texting feature. We have been having a lot of conversation opportunities with our customers just tying up loose ends, answering questions, handling appointment requests, etc. Our customers love it. Some ignore, but that is okay. Often we go back and forth a few times in getting issues taken care of. It makes the customer feel like you really do care about them. You do need to keep with the program to make it feel real as the first text is computer generated.

This has to be one of the best moves pertaining to advertising/ communicating with customers the support that you receive from My Shop Manager is like no other Christina Rocks !!!!!!!

We got on board with Myshopmanager about a year ago and I must say, this has been one of the best investments our company has made. I knew their platform would work after only a week of using it. I've been impressed with their software ever since and they continue to add features. Great people working there, and it's always so seamless to chat and get in contact with someone. We will be them for years to come.

Great program for any shop. Customer service, KIM, is awesome. I generated 5 new services in the first hour of turning on the text campaigns.

I have been using this software/program for three weeks now and I'm impressed with the management of information the small business owner needs. It generate reports and measure key indicators to give you the ability to know where you are and make better decisions. It also allows you to communicate with the customer's via texting and email. Mike and Ellen has been very helpful.

I as the owner of daves automotive repair will test that this is hands down the best automotive shop soft I have ever used. It uses info straight from my tracs very complete. the texting feature is the greatest it gets me 1-10 cust to start a dialog with every day...the info is put into every graf you can think of....great company stand behind there product...not paid for this review!!!

Pricing for the monthly service is fair Myshopmanager has helped my business tremendously with customer feedback and the marketing products they offer are great. The follow-up campaigns make a huge difference in helping to ensure my shops provide the absolute best service possible. Jon is great and truly wants to make sure that his business is providing the best service possible. If there are ever any issues they go above and beyond to take care of it. I would recommend myshopmanager to say shop owner that is looking for a company that offers email ,text ,direct mail , customer follow up and even training . They really are a one stop shop to help grow your business.

I have a subscription to this service for both of my Locations . The product itself is great. Pricing for the monthly service is fair This service has helped my business tremendously with customer feedback and the marketing products they offer are great. The biggest issue with this company is they don't honor promotions they send you . On March 3 2019 I received an email from the owner of myshopmanager stating they are offering me the first two modules of a training program for free. I try to access this content that same day and it doesn't work. So on March 4th I try chatting online with customer service . They tell me that this offer wasn't for March it was a while back. So then I sent them a screenshot of the email from the owner from 24 hours before . After getting no where with them I call customer service get a different person and he says that he doesn't know anything about it but will have an account manager call me back. After no call back for 2 days I then email the owner of myshopmanager and he never responded either .I even sent a follow up email to the owner again but did not get a response. Everyone from the company was nice but just didn't have any answers . I will continue to use them for the basic services i just won't ever purchase anything extra from them and would recommend people be wary of any discounted offers or free services offered as they might not actually deliver. For a company that is all about helping businesses with customer follow up and retention for whatever reason the ball was definitely dropped on following up here .

- MyShopManager has made a marked difference in helping us grow our business-- especially with helping us get more consistent and stronger customer demand. Albert and Tom have been excellent in helping us through every step of the process of making the most of their services. I wish MyShopManager was around when I opened my shop 12 years ago!

Just the other day we had to wait for approval on a design and we sent it off to MyShopManager and they went way out of their way to help us get out a mailer on time. Kim & Christina were easy to work with and polite knowing the time crunch. Exceptional service. Always recommend this company to any business owners. Try them out you will be happy you did.

If you are a shop owner and want a company to help you with marketing for a reasonable price, this is the place. Their program keeps you in constant contact with you customers and does it automatically. I have found that the majority of my customers would rather receive a text so they're not interrupted by a phone call and can respond faster to a text than the phone call especially when at work. As far as customer service goes you won't find a better service. As you know when updates are done to software it always has a glitch somewhere. When they did an update it had a couple so I messaged them and asked them to look into it. Had it fixed within a couple hours and then followed with me to make sure it was working properly and apologized for any inconvenience it may have caused. You won't find a better company to work with that does exactly what they say they will do. Don't hesitate, go for it.
