Hi! Everyone, I want to make sure that no one else experiences this, which is why I'm writing this review on their service.I came to this place based on the 5-star review. My last visit it was such as disappointment. I'm really dissatisfied with these individuals who supposedly fixed my car, especially Mark, who charged me more than $700 without discussing me first. It was his responsibility to inform me of the issue and the entire expense before taking any action. All I could do was pay for it. A few days later, I went to another location for an inspection due to another issue, and the findings revealed every problem pertaining to the fixes that were supposed made.I spoke to Mark about it and he didn't care, he simply denied and made excuses.When I eventually made the decision to visit the actual dealership, they informed me that either these individuals didn't do anything or they simply replaced with the old parts and they overcharged me. They messed it up with my car. I wasted my time and money by trusting them.
There are mechanic shops all around me but I drive 35-40 mins to go here because these are the only mechanics I trust. Mark is super nice and explains everything. He is not in the business of ripping people off. He tells it how it is. The crew does a great job and I want to thank them as well.

I went to CAM to have my oil changed and tires rotated. I called the night before to set a time and they took me right in. Job was completed quickly, correctly, and for a great price. Mark and his team are outstanding!
Always have had great service from Cam automotive. Recommended several people to use his service. However I was alittle disappointed in my last visit. Took my car there to get service for misfires. Just wanted to know what was causing the problem. He orders 4 new spark plugs from Honda ($44 per plug) removed the old ones and installed new ones.i never received a call on what they thought the problem was. I never received a quote on how much it would cost for parts and labor. Showed up to see if they found the problem and was hit with $370 bill for work that wasn't approved by me. LUCKILY I had the funds to pay for the repair. But what if i didnt???Disappointed in how he went on and did work on my car before contacting me and discussing the problem and how much it would be to fix. Recommend that they make sure they contact the customer before doing work on their car. It's a recession and not everyone has the money upfront to pay for something they didn't authorize.
