Rizzoli's service as I previously reported continues to be top notch. The service they have provided for my 2012 Cadillac and 2014 Lexus keep the vehicles in such good shape that I have no interest or reason to replace them.

Rizzoli's has consistently been a reliable, friendly, and amazing option for car servicing and opinions. Steve was incredible and provided me with contacts and recommendations for other things I needed. They worked on my car so quickly and gave me updates and photos as they serviced. Please go to Rizzoli's, I highly recommend them for service and other needs!

My college-age son took his car in for a a standard oil change and tire alignment- and was charged $395 for something that anywhere else would have been under $100. They took advantage of my son who is a newer car owner. We all have to learn these lessons in life- so please learn from our experience and don't trust this business.

I've been a Rizzoli customer for 8 years and they've always have given me great service with my Mini Cooper. I recently had a recurring problem and they repaired it at no charge.

Everyone was friendly, fast, and efficient. They did what I asked, checked in with me before doing anything more that they found. I depend on Rizzoli's to look ahead for what my car will need coming up. This is the 4th car in my lifetime that I've taken to Rizzoli's.

They are the best! I always know exactly what needs to be done with careful but simple explanations and pictures. As a single woman they never talk down to me. They have directed me to my car dealership to take care of a problem that was under warranty so I would not have an extra expense. I am grateful they are again doing limited shuttle service. Took my old car to them and now I trust them with my new one!

I didn't have a long wait. Service was great. Lots of information about my vehicle was provided. Customer service was professional and friendly. I will definitely refer them to my friends and family.

I'm so glad to have found Rizzoli's to take care of my Toyota RAV4. So thorough in inspecting and providing information. I like that they check car fax to determine if mfr rec'd service has been done and let me know options. Never a hard sell. Always kind and caring service! My brother had recommended them to me and now I recommend to you.

My goodness, may the kind people here be blessed forever. Especially you Steve! Driving down from seattle. My car broke down on the 41, engine basically fell apart, and I had it towed here. I never expected to be treated with a kindness that I will remember forever. I am 19, and in a situation I've never been before, and was having tension with my parents, and felt stranded and alone. Steve was extremely friendly, and helpful. I burst into tears in his office from all the stress of my situation and he was very comforting. He gave me a number to a car salvaging company, and told me what to say/what to ask, and helped me with the paperwork as well. Upon leaving, I was ready to pay, and Steve just went above and beyond. Telling me he has a daughter my age who he would never want in this situation, he lowered my price- causing me to burst into tears again, but out of extreme gratitude. I feel extremely lucky and so extremely grateful for the service and kindness I received here. I will remember it for ever. So grateful that it led me to write my first Yelp review ever LOL. I wish you all the best fortune and blessings, you really, really deserve it.

Great service! Went in for a smog check for my first time and helped me feel comfortable and explained what I need to get it done. I called them when I had another issue with my car and they recommended me great options when they werent able to handle the issue themselves.

I took my car in thinking it was just going to be an oil change, but turns out, there were a lot more things than that that needed attention. What turned into a day of work was 5 days (over the weekend, too). Luis informed me on every step of the way, explaining everything in detail what needed to be done- and why. They sent an email and text breakdown - with photos- what needed urgent attention and what could wait. That piece of the experience is what made it above and beyond other car mechanics. Everything was addressed and the communication between Luis and I was unequivocal. They were just so friendly and helpful from start to finish. I highly recommend anyone in SLO to get their car taken care of here! Forever grateful for the attention to my car!

You can rely on them to be honest and not try to do unnecessary services just so they get more money. I've always had good service with them. I needed an oil change and had squeaky breaks so I dropped my car off (which was really convenient with their no contact key/car drop off) I was expecting to have to pay for a full break change but they told me that my back breaks didn't need to be changed for awhile so they just did the front ones and my oil change. They easily could have just changed the front and back breaks and made more money off me. I would have never known that the back breaks were still ok and that's exactly the type of thing that makes them a trustworthy place to take your car.

My wife and I really really appreciated the procedures Rizzoli's enacted to keep The Virus at bay - away from them and away from us, as much as possible. The check-in and check-out was without personal interaction and we felt very safe, but also felt our car was very secure. Their service is always thorough and excellent; any problems discovered are fully explained; we never feel as if there is any manipulation -- or outright misinformation -- going on; they're straight forward, honest. Thanks to all involved!

Rizzoli’s took great care of my Toyota Matrix when it started issuing a burning smell on our drive up to San Luis Obispo from LA. My girlfriend and I only had one full day in town, so I was hesitant to bring it in for service that could end up holding it overnight, but Steve gave me an estimated same-day completion time of 3:30pm when I dropped it off in the morning. The shuttle service that took us into town for the day was clean and COVID safe. Steve called midday to diagnose the problem clearly and specifically and offer insight about what kind of future maintenance could be done to ensure best performance. The repair was reasonably priced, and we found ourselves stepping back onto the lot to pick up my repaired Toyota at 3:30pm on the dot, exactly as predicted. My filthy car had been washed, and the repair was performed cleanly and professionally. Fantastic shop with friendly, transparent service! Wish there was an LA location.

Rizzoli's have been servicing our Lexus and Cadillac for the past five years and always do a terrific job. Both cars run like they are brand new. Great service at a fair price.

I spent 10 years in the automotive industry as a business manager doing accounting for dealerships. I KNOW what it takes to make a business successful and Rizzoli's has it all!! There is a reason why they have been around for so long!! My hats are off to them for making me feel like I am their only customer and for clearly taking care of my automobile as if it were their own!! Steve is a consummate professional as well as a very personable service writer/manager. They have all the resources and technical prowess to make a profit while giving their customers a good value for the services they render!

My favorite place to take my Toyota- Luis and Steve are SO great in the front office! And I always appreciate that they're willing to give me a ride home when my vehicle is being worked on. Also a note about being a college student. This business does NOT try to overcharge or tell you that things are wrong with your vehicle. Steve has looked at my maintenance plan and helped me "budget it out" via a timeline to make sure I could afford it. I SINCERELY APPRECIATE THIS! They are honest, sincere, and great at what they do! THEY ARE BEST IN CLASS! Karen is amazing!!! We were visiting SLO for a few days and our Infiniti broke down unexpectedly (never happened before). We went to Rizzoli's and Karen was super thorough, responsive, and knowledgable about the vehicle and provided transparency around work to be done with our vehicle. We also received a handy diagnostic on when we should expect to take upcoming action on our vehicle in the future. I've never seen these before and it was great that RA could provide this to us. Thank you Karen and family!! We will be returning in the future :)
