THEY ARE BEST IN CLASS! Karen is amazing!!! We were visiting SLO for a few days and our Infiniti broke down unexpectedly (never happened before). We went to Rizzoli's and Karen was super thorough, responsive, and knowledgable about the vehicle and provided transparency around work to be done with our vehicle. We also received a handy diagnostic on when we should expect to take upcoming action on our vehicle in the future. I've never seen these before and it was great that RA could provide this to us. Thank you Karen and family!! We will be returning in the future :)

The customer service at Rizzoli's is great. The mechanics do great work too.

Positive: Professionalism, Punctuality I needed an emergency service on a Camaro, I was having issues with the braking system and another shop could not figure out the problem. The staff was responsive, informative and gave a very fair price. Would highly recommend!

Have used them for years for a Jeep, Honda, and now a Kia. I don't typically review but definitely a five-star company. Price is middle-upper for this area. I'm okay paying for good work. No quality issues over dozens of visits. Customer service and care are review-worthy. Special shout-out to Steve. One of the friendliest and most helpful guys I've met. Thank you Rizzolis. Taking a trip... air conditioner did not work... called and they fit me in immediately... I was able to take my trip. well done

we were out of state and had brake problem and were worried about traveling back home. this place took us right in and completed the service in a timely manner. the shop is probably the cleanist shop i have ever been in and staff was friendly.

I have been having my Mercedes Benz SLK280 serviced here for the last 5 years. The are the BEST! Everyone one there is very nice and knowledgeable and, most importantly, very honest. Steve, the Service Coordinator is the best. This IS the place to take your car for service!!

They are excellent. We were traveling through and our check engine light came on in our Mercedes SUV. They got us in immediately, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. Steve is great. I definitely would recommend them.

My first time to Rizzolis and couldn't be more pleased! GREAT service, great people! Will definitely take my mini back whenever she needs service. They even took us into downtown SLO so we could have lunch and shop, then picked us back up when my car was ready after service.

Great place for a SMOG check! Was able to snag a same-day appointment, and I was out of there in less than 30 minutes. I was even able to use a coupon from their website! All around great experience, great service, and a great price.

My first time using them and they will definitely be my go-to from now on! I called last week when my check engine light was flashing and they were able to get me in immediately (like literally, got in the car and drove straight there). They fixed a tire stud that I had been procrastinating on fixing, my rear brakes, and diagnosed another issue that another repair shop had "fixed". The Ford dealership would have literally charged me double to triple this, so they are very fairly priced. Luis was awesome about communicating everything in a timely manner, and was able to reach out to a family member to get everything authorized since I was at work and couldn't respond. When I got my car back the next day, someone else (not Luis, maybe Steve) walked me through everything and made sure I understood what was done and what will need to be done. Bonuses: the shuttle ride home, my car was washed when I got it back (bless whoever did it because it was very dirty lol), complimentary pastries/coffee in the lobby, Karen texted me the next week to make sure everything was going okay. I think this is fantastic customer service and I will be recommending them to everyone!

Rizzoli's Auto is seriously the best in town! I've been going to them routinely for years now (after having several bad experiences with Jiffy Lube and Mazda in town); their customer service, timely and cost effective maintenance and the "extras" they provide set them apart from all others in SLO. Steve and Luis have great communication skills and are always happy and friendly; they literally know me by name now! Karen and Kyle are wonderful at making sure my service was exemplary and always take the time to make sure I'm happy! Rizzoli's also washes my car, vacuums the inside and provides complimentary shuttle service. I can't say enough good things about this family run business!

The folks here treat me like I'm the most important customer they have and the shop is so clean I need my sunglasses handy when I arrive. I recommended them to a friend who was well pleased. I have every reason to recommend Rizzoli's in SLO. L.P.

I have been having many car problems over the past year and I couldn't ask for a better place to get my car serviced. Their customer service is more than you can ask for! They are so nice and are really work and explain everything so well being someone who isn't very knowledgeable! They are very responsive and have made my car troubles easy to fix! 10/10 recommend them!!
