The people here are always so nice and professional. I always feel that I can trust them. Clean waiting area with food, coffee, WiFi, and chilled beverages. They do corporate discounts!!!

We live in Atascadero, so Rizzoli's is not as convenient as local repair shops, but when we had a problem with our 2005 BMW that local shops couldn't diagnose, we were thinking we would have to take it to the BMW dealer in SLO. After thinking about our previous experiences, we realized that we actually trusted Rizzoli's more than the dealer. As always, Rizzoli's quickly determined the problem and had it fixed even faster than their initial estimate. While not as convenient for us in the North County, their service and expertise is well worth the drive.

My daughter was driving back to college when her car stopped accelerating on the freeway. I found Rizzolis through recommendations on the Cal Poly parent's message board and sent her there because of the wonderful reviews. They got her in right away and ran a full diagnostic that day. They gave me a detailed itemized list of repairs so it was easy to evaluate how much we wanted to fix. The pricing was very fair, but we decided not to have the work done because the car was too old and it was time to get rid of it. So we had her pick it up and bring it home. They were so thoughtful they knew when she would be driving and texted her along the way to make sure she made it home safely. I will definitely send her there for any future service. I was worried about choosing a repair shop and being taken advantage of, but they are honest, caring and genuinely interested in helping the students.

Called them and got my car in last minute. Super nice guys who are ready to help you out. First time here and I felt safe and secure that they knew what they were doing and would take care of my vehicle. Waiting for it to get smogged as I write this.

Very pleased with my first experience with Rizzoli Automotive. Steve was extremely helpful when I called yesterday to ask a couple of questions about getting a smog check for my car. He made sure to check my license plate in the system before I made an appointment, just to be sure they could give me the service required by the DMV. Appreciated that they were able to get me in the very next day.
I was told it would only take 30 minutes, but they noticed my catalytic converter was different, and needed to verify that it was up to CA standards. It took longer than 30 minutes, so Steve offered to drive me/pick me up from work if I needed and let me know the reason why it was longer than 30 minutes.
I was still out of there in less than an hour, my car passed smog (yay!), and I will definitely be coming back for yearly maintenance, or any car major issues.
Thank you to Steve and team for making it easy, comfortable, and painless!

I would say they were very thorough in the evaluations of cars, so you can expect to know a lot about what your car needs and will need down the line. Steve was very nice and explained everything that I had questions about, without ever making me feel like any question had an obvious answer. Overall had a good experience with them and would definitely recommend!

I liked them, and brought my Mercedes here for routine service, until one day a oddities happened. I was told my windshield wipers needed to be replaced for $100. Now, I know Mercedes repair is expensive, but when you can buy them for $15 and do it yourself, that's ridiculous. But the bigger problem was this: After declining, I took the car home and cleaned off a small leaf trapped under the wiper blade, and they work perfectly. No streaks at all. Ah yes ... and on the way home, the hood sensor bleeped to tell me that my hood wasn't latched closed. So I pulled over to open and slam it shut. When you can't do the basics, I don't trust you to do the complicated stuff. Since they are not significantly cheaper than the dealer, I now go to the dealer where I know they will be responsible for any mistakes.

I have a 13-year old RAV4 and Rizzoli's is the place I trust to keep it going another 13 years. They are very professional, thorough plus the shop is beautiful and spotless. People who work there are top-notch!

As always, Rizzoli's keeps my car purring down the highway and over the grade each day! I would not take it anywhere else. All the staff are welcoming and fun! (They listen to each little weird thing I say about my car without rolling on the floor laughing)! I, and my little red Volkswagen Beetle, are very grateful.

Great place , people were super nice and were able to work with my schedule . I have a Bmw so I knew I was going to pay a bit more for my oil change but the price was still reasonable ! They even washed and vacuumed my car ! Totally recommend this place and I will go back !!
The team at Rizzoli's is always friendly and efficient. Their work is excellent and they always go the extra mile in customer service.
I purchased a Volvo in June and, at the beginning of August, the check engine light came on. Rizzoli's diagnosed the car, handled the situation, and even washed my car. I had it back that same afternoon and it's running great! Thank you!
I had an old car that was falling apart. They did a very thorough and detailed inspection. Due to the fact that I didn't have much car experience before this, I was unaware of the $125 inspection price. I thought he meant $125 as an estimate for the car repair. Super simple misunderstanding but they worked with me to resolve it. Moral of the story, if you want great service, you have to pay for it. They are worth the price. No one has ever given me such a thorough inspection of my car. Be sure to manage your money well so you can take proper care of your car. Rizzoli's will do that for you.
Thanks for the great service again this past week with my smog certification and other repairs needed for my Mercedes. Rizzoli's, continues to provide outstanding care, knowledge and quality service beyond the norm of a dealership with a family touch with pride. Karen and Kyle are top notch and run a great business, Steve at the service desk is super friendly, genuine, knowledgeable and always there to help get me in and out as quick as possible due to my busy schedule. Had a general oil change service with warning lights that needed to be addressed. Work was done promptly and completely -- and the car was washed! Friendly, professional staff. I've taken my cars there for over 20 years and never had a problem.

I have brought my cars here off and on for servicing for many years. I am always impressed with how professional they are and how they value the customer relationship as much as they provide excellent car service. They keep appointments, contact you before and after to insure your needs are met, and will charge reasonable rates.
I am glad I came here to get my truck inspected after another store tried to get me to fix parts that didn't need it. Rizzolis found the problem with my truck and I felt confident in their full diagnosis. They found the culprit of a noise which ended up being a quick fix as well as give me solid recommendations for upcoming matienance. I would go back to this establishment.
