We've been taking our vehicles to Rizzoli's for over 15 years and have always been very satisfied with the quality of service and friendliness of the staff. Their attention to detail gives us great piece of mind knowing they have have thoroughly inspected our car for current service issues and possible problems down the road. With quick turnaround and great shuttle service, they make vehicle maintenance almost painless!

First time customer. In these times to find quality customer service is almost unheard of. I have found it. From the professional staff to the super clean facilities, it was a breeze. They even gave me a ride home so I didn’t have to wait. An analysis in an email about my cars needs now and in the near future. Definitely going back. Thanks to the whole staff.

Going into the Rizzoli building is like going into a family home.. Neat entryway, front desk person right there to look you in the eye and say hello.I appreciate the reminders.I appreciate how friendly everyone is.As a single woman, I feel good about trusting Rizzoli’s with the care of my car.

Just had an oil change. Was impressed with their service and quality of car inspection report. Super easy to view and access.
Did a bad job at replacing my transmission fluid, already brown in less than 1 year/10k miles. Bet they just turkey basted it. Also they will continue to send spam mail after your service. Pretty expensive estimates for future service, I was able to get cheaper quotes in an expensive part of the Bay Area.

Good, but they've lost a step or two... IMO, they used to be the gold standard, now, they've fallen into 'good enough' but not great. Like so many businesses, with growth comes losing what got you there in the first place -- can't cookie cutter your way into great customer service, you actually have to live it day in day out. Like I said, they're still good, but...
Stephanie was very helpful and kept me informed throughout the process. We brought our car to them due to their support of the San Luis Obispo Lighthouse organization. Will continue to bring our cars in due to their quality work and customer service.
Was in San Semion for a couple of days. Engine light came on our rental car. Took it in to Rizzoli's Automotive to have checked out. Dealt with Isidro, he determined the thermostat was stuck in the open position and that it would not affect the vehicle as we made our way back to Orange County. Isidro was very considerate, helpful, and did not charge us for the vehicle inspection. We made it back to the OC with no problems. Our experience at Rizzoli's was great, and I highly recommend them.
Excellent!! Customer service is great. Mechanics are very thorough. I purchased a used Audi and brought it into Rizzoli's for a checkup. They discovered & fixed several issues that the used car dealership missed. I wish that I had Rizzoli's conduct the pre-sale inspection BEFORE I bought the car. Now I can drive with the confidence of knowing that my car is safe & reliable.
The best mechanic in SLO, hands down.After being t-boned a few months ago, I needed a trusted mechanic to assess and service my new car - this team (shoutout to Moe) has consistently gone above and beyond, both in their customer service, communication and transparency.

Great first experience at Rizzoli's in SLO! 60-point inspection and oil change plus wiper blades. Great consultation on the inspection, then back the next week for brake, coolant, and transmission fluids as recommended at 50,000 mile mark. Nice customer lounge, weird getting your car back and all the controls have been moved, like a/c turned to hot, said that they took it for a test drive why,it went in for an oil change
Everyone was really nice, someone gave me a ride to and from work, and the vehicle health inspection was thorough with pictures of what needed maintenance.
