I purchased a Volvo in June and, at the beginning of August, the check engine light came on. Rizzoli's diagnosed the car, handled the situation, and even washed my car. I had it back that same afternoon and it's running great! Thank you!

Rizzoli's makes it so convenient to do business with them. I made my appointment online, and it was confirmed right away. This is the friendliest auto service place I've ever dealt with. I used to take my car to the dealer for service so I could be sure I got everything done that was recommended. Rizzoli's is approved by the manufacturer and knows exactly what needs to be done and when, so I feel confident my car is being maintained perfectly. Even with COVID precautions, the process was easy and everyone wore masks. The only major difference I noticed was the missing cookie jar. I'm sure that will be back once the virus is under control.

We have been using Rizzoli's Automotive for a few years. We both love working with both Steve & Luis. They are very professional, great service, reasonable price and they explain everything for us before they do the work. We love that they really know our car for the last three years!

I can't express how much I appreciate honesty with an auto service. All of the people involved with Rizzoli's Automotive from the mechanics to the owner and other employees are appreciated by me for their professionalism, knowledge and honesty. I will personally be referring fellow nurses, doctors and other medical personnel to them for their auto needs. Once one finds a trustworthy, family-owned auto company like Rizzoli's, there is no need to look further.

Through this tough time of COVID-19 they were awesome they came and picked up my car at my job they were clean honest and did my oil change and gave me $30 off for being a healthcare worker no complaints here except I did have. A valve stem cover missing I would have thought if they made sure my tires were properly aired up they would have put a generic valve stem cover but other then that all good I will continue to take my car there !!

Searched online & called around to select a mechanic for my recently purchased used VW. So glad I chose Rizzoli's. Everyone I interacted with was helpful & friendly. The free shuttle service was hassle free & driver very nice. Plan on being a loyal customer.

Rizzoli's services all three of my family cars. Excellent service at a fair price. Professional staff. Treated honestly. I would not go anywhere else for auto service.

What can I say about these guys and gals that hasn't already been said? They're the best. As a BMW owner, I have been exposed to the indescribable horrors that lurk within the service department at Coast BMW. Rizzoli's saves me from having to ever go back there, and that's a bargain at twice the price. The entire crew at Rizzoli's has always been professional and competent without fail. If you have a vehicle that needs maintenance or repair - go here. There might be some cheaper service providers out there, but you will get what you pay for.

Rizzoli's Automotive, I was so impressed by the excellent experience I had this morning and into early afternoon at your place in San Luis Obispo. I could not have asked for better service and manners, and what a beautiful shop run by professionals. Also, not only did I get an oil change and inspection, someone vacuumed my never- vacuumed -since- I-moved car. That in itself was a mood lifter. Yup! The only other place I will take my car (Mercedes) besides the dealership is Rizzoli's. Driving a Mercedes is like owning a precision-built tank, those little cars just keep on pumping away. With regular service, they seem to go on forever, so I trust their ongoing care to Rizzoli's. They are very accurate, and if there are other issues with your vehicle, they will notify you about them. They are also very respectful of the way that you use your vehicle, and make every effort to meet the dealines for service, or notify you if there is a change. They will give you a ride if you need one, but they also have a decent waiting room. Your finished car is also cleaned and ready to go when done!
