I can’t say enough good things about this place. They are incredibly professional and the service is excellent. I dropped my car off after it sat at British Sports for 3 weeks and they fixed it in literally an hour. The service manager (I don’t want to misspell his name, so I’ll update this later) was so freaking awesome. After one visit, I can honestly say I’ll be a lifetime customer. Highly recommend!
I brought my car here for the first time to get an oil change. Immediately upon arrival, I was met in the parking lot by Steve Montano who called me by name, and was very friendly and accommodating. He took care of my needs and got me on my way without delay. I was treated with dignity and respect, making me feel like a real VIP! I will be back for all of my automotive needs in the future! What a gem of a business that the whole community can be proud of!
I am from Los Angeles and was driving to Northern California when my power steering appeared to go out. we happen to be in San Luis Obispo so I pulled up to this shop. The repair turned out to be something completely different and pricier than I would have imagined but they were very transparent and showed me the car failures. Considering I was heading on a road trip they managed to squeeze me in before they closed and helped get us back on the road in 2-3 hours. Rates were a little higher than I would like but then again you get what you pay for. Real grateful for their great service and quality expertise. I hope not to have to stop by again for an urgent repair but I would definitely go back there If I lived in the area.
They also replaced spark plugs. Everyone was friendly. They were very thorough. I did not go with some of their other suggestions. It would have cost way too much. The place I normally go to didn’t even mention the things Rizzoli’s pointed out. I wonder if they were taking advantage of me? I want to believe that they had my best interest in mind, but every time I have gone to them, it’s always more than what I had intended.
I’ve been taking my cars to Miller 76 for oil changes and any maintenance needed. They used to be locally owned and operated, nice small town family with warm service. They recently changed management or owners. So I tried Rizzoli’s which was recommended to me by a good friend. I called Monday morning, they scheduled me the next day at 8 am. They offered to shuttle me to work & even to pick me up in my lunch to get my car back. Lunch time came and I actually saw the shuttle drive by. He didn’t stop & after a few minutes I called the office. They tried to get a hold of the shuttle driver but his cell phone was dead. So they hailed an Uber to pick me up. He was 1 block away. I was able to be at work before my start time of 830 and picking up my car at lunch took less than 30 minutes. They send a wonderful, fully explainable link to a platform that showed and explained everything they found that needs to be worked on in the future. Once I paid and got in my car … I got a certificate for a free car wash!!!!!!! I had HIGH expectations and RIZZOLI’s blew my expectations out the window. Will definitely be going back.
Rizzoli's is a great local business! They've serviced both of our cars many times and always done a great job. All their employees are a good combination of "professional" and "friendly."
