Very patient, polite and informative and gracious customer service.
They were very thorough and explained everything to me and patiently answered all my questions, which were many. :)
They give you a list of repairs that are important to address after their initial diagnostics. They also give you a list of suggestions of items after a complete diagnostic review that will need to be addressed in the future, due to the wear and tear of the vehicle, but are not at this time essential. I picked 4 out of the 6 suggestions to do at the time of visit visit.
It was the most thorough diagnostic report I've ever had from such a shop.
They also offered to pick me up and take me back to the shop when the car was ready as I had no extra vehicle. That was super considerate. :)
The staff is immensely considerate and patient. As a woman, this was a big plus. :)

I'm going to start off by saying yes, this place is a little more expensive than most other shops around here. But its worth every penny.
They always send me coupons and I just received a free oil change from them just for being a customer.
Something was messed up on my 4runner, so I took it in to them to take a look at it.
They came straight out to check it out then had it fixed by the next day. No messing around!
Spend the extra money to have it done fast and done right.

Brought my car in for standard service. No attempts to upsell, and job done in just a few hours. Was offered a ride home/and to pick up my car but I'm in walking distance of their place so didn't need it. Friendly, efficient, and cleanest waiting area I've ever seen at car repair/service center. Fair pricing and a great job

They have taken care of my daughter's car while she attended college and they have always taken good care of her car.
Now they are going to get her car ready for a 2000 mile trip and I know they will make sure it's in great running condition for the long journey. If you need a reliable and trustworthy auto repair shop, then this is your place!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!!!! I had taken my 2014 Mercedes to the Local dealer for a LED issue on my headlamp for repairs and was told it was going to be over $3,000 for a module and headlamp replacement. I understand that it is a Mercedes and these vehicles are not cheap but my concern was that I had a feeling they didn't even check it, but just wanted to replace both items that could possibly cause this problem. Keep in mind I purchased my car at the very same dealership. Sure enough I instead took it to RIZZOLIS and the vehicle was properly inspected and was informed it was the module. And that the headlamp in fact did NOT need replacement. They did the module and programming for a fraction of what the dealer wanted to charge and now my LED works perfectly once again. Avoid the dealer and take it to Rizzolis
I feel comfortable leaving my ML 350 in Rizzoli’s capable hands. They’re friendly and courteous as well as knowledgeable.

Just took my mini cooper to Rizzoli's Automotive and as with the first time, received amazing service! I would definitely recommend Rizzoli's for your cars service needs.

RiZzolis automotive is awesome , fast to get an appointment great service my car was done in a timely manor , I used to get my car washed but I'm guessing because of covid that changed so now we just get a coupon for a mediocre car wash a quickie I guess better then nothing ! I'm sure as with any automotive place their going to recommend stuff be done when it really shouldn't but oh well such as life I will continue taking my car there as they are reasonable and friendly !!

Seem pretty professional and capable , but hourly rates are very high like a dealership. Over $170 per hour. Fuel filter apparently took over an hour and labor was more than the $120 part. I have a feeling that’s book time, not actual labor time. Was quoted a total price for tires including installation and alignment, but service advisor couldn’t immediately break down the cost, which was very high and only provided one option which wasn’t even stocked.Services: Auto emissions testing, General repairs & maintenance, Exhaust, Vehicle Inspection

My 2007 Lexus GS350 has always been serviced by Rizzoli's so I have many years of experience. Every single time I'm reminded of what awesome people they all are. I have never had a bad experience and they go out of their way to take good care of me and I'm certain everyone else who goes in for service. Most recently I could not open the trunk from inside the car or with the key fob. They did trouble shooting and found a service bulletin from Lexus that needed to reset the module. If that did not work I would need a new trunk latch which costs more than $900 just for the part. Resetting the module worked, at least for now. Their waiting room and rest room are spotless and welcoming. Their shop area is always immaculate. And I cannot say enough good things about Steve, their Service Manager in San Luis Obispo. I feel that he keeps me well informed about what to expect and I believe he cares very much for all his customers.Services: Electrical, Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change

I've been taking my cars into Rizzolli's for over twenty years. I tried other places before I discovered Rizzolli's.
Hands down, the absolute best place in the county!! Time and time again I am equally impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, knowledge, and service. I have referred others to Rizzolli's and everyone has been just as impressed!!

Steve the service manager took good care of us. We needed to get to an important appointment after our car maintenance work was completed. Thanks for making us a priority. Everyone in the service area were also kind and professional.

I got my car smogged, washed, and vacuumed (the last 2 being complimentary) for $58. The workers were super nice and accommodating and I will definitely go back to them in the future.

Confidence - one word to describe what Rizzolis means to me. I have complete confidence in their ability to maintain my vehicles in top condition. I appreciate that Rizzoli's is a reliable local automotive shop that treats customers with respect. I have read about a lot of people feeling like Rizzoli's was just trying to push products on them, but the fact is, they are THOROUGH and give you honest information about everything is going wrong with your car...and I mean EVERYTHING. However, they never, NEVER pressure you purchase anything. Also, you do have to pay for their services to inspect your vehicle - they are a business after all - and sometimes they won't do a repair you request because they know that it will be a waste of your money in the long run. I'd had several other shops look at my AC and tell me there was no way to fix it. Rizzoli's took a look and told me there was a way to fix it, but it would be costly. I went ahead with the repair and the AC has worked beautifully ever since (and this was after going 3 years without AC!) The best part? They stand by their work and if anything goes awry with a repair they made, they will do everything they can to make it right.

I want you to know that I used Rizzoli's Service for the first time after recommendations from two friends. They did a fair amount of work on my 2002 Jetta, very thoroughly.. Kyle took the time to really listen to me as I attempted to imitate the noise my car was making "sometimes" when I turn the key in the ignition. They found the problem, explained it to my in plain English, and suggested a repair and a time frame. Now, like my two friends, I am confident I can trust the people at Rizzoli's to keep my car running safely and smoothly.

I started taking my car into Rizzoli's Automotive this past year. It started out with an oil change, which was done at a fair price. I've used them to perform a 'used car' check prior to us purchasing a vehicle, and for other issues and maintenance needs. Kyle (owner, manager) always reports back to me with clear diagnostic concerns and is very transparent about the costs. I understand that they may be slightly higher in price than most vehicle repair shops but the fact that they use high-quality car parts makes a big difference in long term continued function of my car and not having to go back to 'fix' an issue because a part fails. Love this place!
