My go-to for years!

I was very happy with the on schedule installation and the bagging of the old tires and wheels. This made handling easy. The new 18" wheels with the Hankook Ion AS Suv tires has dramatically improved the ride and road noise, my wife was very pleased with the outcome. Thank you all for doing an excellent job, I will recommend your shop to those I know who are looking for someone to trust their car and tire needs to.

They tried very hard to diagnose my problem with the tire pressure indicator light.

I trust Combs to be super honest and sell me what I need for my car and tell me what needs to be done. One of my tires was flat, they fixed the problem and I offered to buy all new tires and they said no, you have 15,000 miles left!! Great place, my Dad has been taking he and my Mom’s cars here for decades.

Very Disappointed and angry. I have been taking my car to Combs for the last 6 or so years and this was by far the worst experience I have ever had, and I will never be back. I took my car in for the heat not working in my Jeep. They diagnostic it and said it was a bad heater core and they could get me back in a few days. It did take way longer than it should have to get fixed as they had techs call off and could not keep working on my car the second day. Then it seemed to me at least that they rushed putting the car back together on the third day sensors not being plugged that delayed me picking up my car. When I get the call, my Jeep is ready I get in and see the car is a complete mess, air bag light on, and after market interior lights were broken and my steering wheel controls for my radio not working how they did. I go back in and ask about the air bag light as this was not on when I dropped it off. They tell me right away it was damaged by your lights and were going to charge me to fix it. I ended up calling Scott the next day he said he would get the air bag seat sensor fixed along with my power wire for my lights, and they also would look at the radio for no charge. I take it back in when the part arrived for the seat and they call and tell me car is ready except that now another part is broken the passages seat belt clicker, along with they have no idea how to fix my radio. When they called about the radio this is when I realized they don’t have any diagnostic skills at Combs. I had a plug and play harness that came with my radio and instead of looking at the harness they are playing with the radio settings to get the boutons to work. Scott offered for me to take it to dealer or audio shop, and they would cover, I have yet to take it in. I then take it back for the seat belt clicker and they are still not able to get the light to go away. Combs calls me and says they have no idea how to fix we have already spent $500 to fix for free and we feel this is not all our problem. Once again, I dropped my car off for a heat issue and now have to pay money out of my pocket for an issue, I did not have prior to the heater core being damaged and take to the dealer as they have no idea. In summary I feel Combs has gone down hill they have sloppy technicians that are only part swappers, and no respect of customers cars, and lack diagnostic skills. I will not be takeing my car again and my family will not either.

Anytime our cars need service work, combs is the only place I consider for all the years of work they have done for our family, for honest, trustworthy work at a fair price.. They're polite, professional, and they like Hockey haha

I hit a curb and cut the sidewall on my driver's side front tire. Combs had 2 tires for me and were ready to do an alignment but upon inspection decided it was cosmetic. They checked my fluids and tires and didn't charge me. Great service!!!!

Great customer service, price quoted over the phone before I ever arrived was the price I paid to the cent, and very good pricing at that. Harrison is an amazing tech over there and did some great work on my car replacing my front driver side control arm, now its driving better than it has in a long while! I'll definitely be back here for car service in the future, it was a much better experience than I've had at any dealership or other shop!

Found my new permanent auto repair shop! Just wish I found them sooner! Scott & his team run an honest business & won't try to sell you on anything extra. Brought a couple of our vehicles in for routine maintenance as well as needing bigger repairs like a clockspring replacement. All work was done professionally, in a timely manner & at very competitive prices. Great waiting room area & they would always follow up the next few days to check in on the repairs. Love supporting small family owned businesses that also honors the military!

Honest mechanic, there hasn’t been a time that I’ve brought my car here and they couldn’t diagnose the problem. Very friendly, organized and quick turnaround time.

We moved to Kirkwood away from our previous amazing, honest and great mechanic. I was nervous to start with a new mechanic, but they quickly alleviated that stress. They are SO easy to talk to. I am not a car person, so they are able to be patient enough to get through my long, stupid explanations of what's wrong. I never feel rushed off the phone, and they listen and figure out what's wrong. They are also super honest. They once told me that I am too early for a oil change and to come later. Amazing.
