I was so happy that they diagnosed the problem right away and I was able to get my car back after a couple of hours. I also really like the fact that they have a shuttle and when you drop off your car they can take you home and then pick you up again when the car is ready.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Been taking my car here for the last 3 years and the staff is always nice, honest, and fair and never tries to upsell you. Hard to find those qualities in a mechanic now. Recently had my front brakes done and some of the wheel studs were stripped during the service which caused my lug nuts to loosen, took it back and they replaced them all, did a wheel balance, and found and patched some small holes in my tire. They weren’t able to finish the service in a day so Scott gave me one of his personal cars as a loaner until they could finish. Never had any mechanic do that ever. 11/10 and will never take my cars anywhere else.

Staff very helpful but my air-conditioning was not fixed and when I asked them about it he said it would be an additional 200$ which when I received bid it was 1800$ and the air conditioner was part of the bid

My daughter's tire was sliced after driving over a bottle. Combs was able to squeeze her in, determined the tire was not fixable, get her a new tire and get her back on the road very quickly, with reasonable cost and friendly service!

I had my vehicle towed the night before to combs Automotive. I called them in the morning to let them know that I had a important appointment the day after him and that I needed my vehicle back as quick as possible. They called me by 2 o’clock and said my vehicle was ready and finished. They worked efficiently and quickly to accommodate my schedule excellent customer service friendly body shop I would recommend using them for anything automotive related. Thank you comes automotive you’re very special group of guys who work hard and deserve the recognition

I never worry about having Combs do work on my car. They are professional, courteous, and get the job done. This is car #4 with them and I won’t go anywhere else.

Brakes were acting oddly. Took to installer and another garage and they couldn't find. Combs found the problem and fixed quickly. The brakes work well and feel correct. Will return next time I have a problem.

I've used Combs since I moved to St. Louis several years ago based on positive neighborhood word of mouth. Always friendly, helpful, and exceptionally honest. I've got an older Honda and usually go for oil changes, new tires, and general maintenance that comes up (exhaust). I've been to other places who wanted to sell me an air filter for $50... something that takes less than a minute and about $10 to replace. No thanks, I'll stick with Combs for their trustworthiness.

I brought my new (used) car in for a maintenance overview to make sure everything checked out. Combs was professional, reasonably priced and overall enjoyable to work with. From now on, they have my family’s business. Nice to have found a reliable auto mechanic. They also have some really cool memorabilia to look at while you wait.

Would highly recommend this place to anyone and will be back. Scott and his shop had me back on the road after getting a flat tire in 20 minutes. They are honest, kind, reliable and will do great work.

Sunset Hills Subaru referred us to Combs to get our tire fixed. Scott is very kind, friendly, and funny!! I was not expecting such a quick turnaround. Highly recommend. We will certainly go back for auto service or tires.

It's very comforting to come to a place for car service and see the same faces year after year. I also appreciate getting a ride from Don when necessary. That added customer service makes dropping off and picking up more convenient.
