I trust Combs completely with my car. They are friendly and so very helpful. It is a reassurance that my car is in good working order because of their attending to regular service. They always answer my questions and I feel confident my car is in best possible condition. Thank you Combs!!

This local shop has been a go to for me; they’re honest and easy to work with. When my wife’s car had catastrophic engine failure, they were happy to walk us through tips for submitting the warranty claim even though that would require us taking the car to a dealer for repair instead of their shop. Plus the interior is nice if you need to wait. Great spot!

I discovered a slow leak over the weekend. Called Combs on Monday and Scott was able to fit me in on Tuesday if I could leave my car for the day. They patched me up quickly at a reasonable rate, and communication was great. Combs is always my first call and they lived up to that once again.

They tried to patch tire but were unable to. Blake kept me well informed about choices and we decided to put on new tire. He could tell I was desperate to not miss work and had the tire on the way. Great working with him.

Scott and the team at Comb’s always go the extra mile. They are honest, thorough, knowledgeable, and super kind!! I’m always impressed with their communication and timeliness. Their customer service is second to none. Being a small business owner myself, I’m pretty picky when it comes to stuff like this… and I can honestly say this team blows me away!!

I have been taking my rides to Combs for over two decades. I really can't say enough good about this shop and all the folks that work there. This is a second generation family business and you will find Scott Combs (son of Bill Combs) in there most days. These folks are fast, in spite of always being busy. They are beyond fair and honest. I routinely take a vehicle up there with a long laundry list of things to check over and often they tell me "No, you are good to go, everything checks out." They have always been kind and gracious in working with me to keep my vehicle on the road when times were lean. If you take your car to Combs you aren't taking it to a shop, you are taking it to people, Scott, Patrick, John, and a great group of mechanics, and they mean to make it right. It's personal for these folks. I wont take my ride anywhere else.

I have the utmost trust and faith in Combs! Unlike many other automotive repair shops that I have had experience with over the last many years I have never and I want to reiterate never belt that Combs was Charging me unfairly or upselling me something that I didn't need to have done to my vehicle. I am a customer for life at Combs !

Just stopped by to get prices on a unique set of tires. Was greeted and treated very kindly and professionally. Chris did research while I was there and presented me several no pressure options. He suggested I further research the options and call him when I am ready. At this point I think that will happen especially with this approach to service and prices.

I’ve only been a customer for about 1 year, but Scott and the rest of the Combs team treat me like we’ve been friends for years. Very personalized service. Quality of work and value are both excellent. When I needed new tires, Scott listened to what I wanted, asked good questions, and recommended just the right tires for my situation. They were installed quickly and at the exact price I was quoted, no hidden charges. I especially appreciate the follow-up messages to confirm I was satisfied and reminders when I’m due for service.

Our family absolutely LOVES working with Comb's Auto. Their team is the real deal, and they honestly just want to help people. We've been taking our cars there for about 8 years now, and we've never been let down. Actually, we're typically surprised by their timeliness, professionalism, expertise and CARE! We once had work done that cost approx. $600, and we received a call from the Comb's crew that they were refunding our money because they were double checking their work afterwards and noticed that the job they had already completed should have fallen under warranty from work they had done in the previous 10 months. WE WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN THE DIFFERENCE, BUT THEY CALLED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT'S AMAZING! Take your car to Comb's...you won't regret it.

I had to tow our car to Combs because it wouldn't start. They checked examined the car electrical system & found that the only problem was a weak battery. We approved them to replace the battery with a new Delco battery & also replace worn wiper blade. They also reset the radio code so it would operate and had all work done in half a day. We used their excellent Covid delivery service to return the car to our home. Again,Combs' service was outstanding.

Very friendly, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. They fixed my daughter's car and only did exactly what was needed and did not try to sell me unneeded services. I will be back for regular maintenance for my daughter's car for sure!

Combs is THE BEST auto service in St. Louis. They have serviced my car s)during the last 7 years with expert details. Everyone there is professional and friendly, competent and expert, honest and ethical. I would not think of going anywhere else. This week they honored their commitment to pick up my car because of COVID restrictions. They are the kindest folks and really care about their customers. And, they do a fantastic job with cars. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else!

We've been taking our cars to Scott and his guys at Combs for about 15 years now. I cannot say enough good things about them!! Always friendly, timely and most importantly honest! We've had every type of service done, and I wouldn't trust our vehicles to anyone else!!

My daughter hit a curb and was also complaining about her blower not working for heating and air conditioning. They were able to replace her tire, wheel, and fix the blower in a very timely manner and for a very fair price. Great communication and very friendly. I will definitely be using them again.
