I got an oil change at Combs on Friday. That afternoon, while driving on the highway, my dashboard displayed an EPC alert and my engine appeared to throttle. I pulled off the highway and that appeared to fix the issue. However, on Saturday, I had the same problem with the EPC light and the engine throttle. Again, restarting the engine appeared to fix the issue.

Great company with many years of service in the Kirkwood area. It’s a family owned auto/tire service that provides excellent service and has a waiting area filled with remembrances of family, sporting events and other special memorabilia! A true highlight of my visit!

The service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful. They worked with you as far as timing and getting my vehicle back to me as soon as feasible. Follow up along the way was great. Problem appears to be resolved.

Called on Friday, set up an appointment for Monday. The team was able to get new brakes, a new battery, an inspection, 4 new tires, and an oil change done and I had my car back the same day! They took care of me and I will definitely be coming back and recommending their services.

Combs helped me diagnose a heating issue with my passenger seat, fixed it very quickly! Combs always is so good at explaining what’s wrong with my car, I feel I can trust them and that they aren’t just trying to sell me on things. I bring my car to them anytime I have issues and I have always had a great experience! They are very friendly & extremely knowledgeable , I’d recommend to anybody!

In the past I have been "duped" by other car repair places into unnecessary repairs! I am so relieved to have found Combs! They are trustworthy with my cars and honest. They listen to me/ explain what my car needs and then do it at a fair price. They are also very kind and respectful. They do not take my business for granted. I was amazed that Scott would follow up with me after taking my car in. They are a prime example of how to do business and retain customers. Great Job!!

When I booked the appointment I told the guy on the phone that I’d like to get in for a general checkup, including an oil change. However, only booked his oil change guy to look at my truck so I don’t feel like I got the proper full-scale check up that I had hoped for.

Our whole family trusts Comb’s with our cars. They know and service every make and model we have with knowledge of its particular needs. More than once I’ve gone to Scott and his crew asking for new tires only to be told to come back 5,000 miles later. Mine were fine. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Brought truck in with “groaning” is a noise when applying brakes, told that it was my four-wheel-drive, module and head that replaced. The noise is still present when applying brakes.
