Very professional and courteous. I have always had a good experience with multiple cars here.

- Anyone can put on tires (for the most part), so you need something to separate you from the pack. Combs does this with fantastic customer service. I called about tires, Scott the owner personally talked with me, he did some looking, asked to call me back, he did in short order. He researched my needs and gave me some options. He found great tires for me. I was very happy. Honestly, Combs is out of the way for me to get there, but its worth the drive. They have a 4.9 rating, and for good reason.

These guys are the best! They are fair, honest, knowledgeable and professional. I have recommended them to dozens of people over the many years I have been a customer. I have received dozens of "thank yous" and great reviews in return. You never know who you will be dealing with when you go the larger chains. At Combs, Scott, John and Co are there everyday delivering excellent service!

Did fast and courteous. The women behind the counter named Kylie, was very polite and helpful. So glad there is a woman there to help me. I have been coming there for years, and felt that was needed. Dont let her ever leave

- I have brought both of my cars here for an inspection, and they do a good job. There are so many car repair places around and we had moved and we needed to take it somewhere, so LOL my husband said to take it to Combs they don't overcharge or gouge you on prices, and my husband used to work with someone who works there now, so this is now our goto place for any repairs that might be needed. I highly recommend them.

As always, the staff at Combs did a great job. They fixed the problem (replacing a failed starter) in a timely manner and communicated well with us. This is an auto repair company that can be trusted, always.

I took my car in today without an appointment because the check engine light came on. They happily read the computer codes and advised me about what I need to do next. It is such a relief to have knowledgeable technicians working on our vehicles. I have never had a bad experience with them.

- I've used Combs for years now, my how time does fly. I had enough of never really trusting what I was told by another local auto repair place, and repeated instances of noticing that they did not put their customers first, so I looked around and found Combs through my son. I have never had reason to regret the change, and plenty of occasions when I have take a minor problem to them and they have tended to it for little or no charge and they have repeatedly "worked me in" to address what was to me an emergency need. There was a time when I do not think folks felt safe going to someone other than their dealer to have service work done, at least during the warranty period. Most today know today that dealers use their service depts as major income producers rather than merely being an adjunct to their sales of new and used cars. Further, more modern auto construction makes most vehicles more reliable with simply following recommended oil changes and such. And , spending much more money with dealers' service folks just because you believe they know more about a car you bought from them could well be wrong. Or at least with Combs you feel that way. And, unless a dealer has a give -way offer going on an oil change special or such, they always cost more than Combs. Because Combs has shown me that they are forthright about what they do, are truthful about when work will be done and are honest about my cars' needs, I have come to accept their recommendations without reservations Often they have saved me money by telling that what I think should be done is premature or unnecessary, or have counseled a less expensive alternative. You don't experience that often from a service company and you feel differently after it happens. It has happened over and over at Combs. This has been an overly long review but, even if it may sound like it is excessively praise worthy, it isn't. I think Combs location is a major asset of living in Kirkwood. Their work has been great, their charges fair, and they have demonstrated their honesty and their desire to help me out with whatever vehicle problem I have had with a multitude of cars. They are my prime example of a small business with great employees, that know what they are about, and they put their emphasis on their service to their customers. I recommend them to you.

- I don't think I have ever written a review but am happy to do this for Combs. My family has taken our cars to Combs for 20 years and have always found prices are fair, work is done in a timely manner and the service is friendly and professional. Once or twice I have shopped around but never found prices that beat Combs. Most importantly, I trust this team to keep my family safe on the roads - I truly think they have our best interests at heart. Thank you!

I can't begin to say how thankful I am that this business exists. I have taken my vehicle here for routine work for years and there have been a couple of situations that they really helped me with. There isn't enough said about how important honestly and integrity are in a business. Combs Auto Service is a very honest business and they do amazing work.

Nothing bad to say about Combs. After price shopping for tires throughout the Kirkwood/Webster area, I got the best price from Combs. They were easy to talk you, quick to set up an appointment, and very friendly. Their waiting room offers free WIFI and work stations with chargers! Perfect for those people needing to wait longer for car services. I'll be using them again soon!

Combs went above and beyond any expectations in helping me diagnose a problem with my elderly Toyota Solera. Spent a lot of time and trouble at no cost to me. Couldn't praise them enough for doing everything they could to help me. Great people!! Will always take my car problems to them.

I love you guys.But If you want it to keep running (the Truck). Some times you just have To PAY.That happened last time.But I'll be back.There are so many of my friends coming there now.WE get to pick each other up. I might add I had 5 good yrs. NO BIGGIES.With the truck.
