Combs always does an excellent job. They are fair and transparent with pricing and have never made me feel pressured to use them.
I count on Combs for major, needed repairs...as well as safety inspections. They have always been fair and priced right...but best of all, they don't hand the customer a list of 'suggested' further repairs (known in the trade as "revenue enhancers")...when they say you need something, it's true! I'll stay with them as long as I'm driving.

Great people! Very knowledgeable. I was shopping for tires for my daughter's car. I got an education on tires and a quote in very short order. I was able to schedule the installation the next day and got a quality tire, fast service and peace of mind for a fair and competitive price.

Updated June 16, 2023: We continue to take our vehicles to Combs timely, affordable, and reliable service. They have great staff in the service bays and the front office, and they back up all their work. I hope that they stay around for years to come!Combs never surprises us with unexpected car repairs. We trust the team in the office and in the repair bays and will continue to take all of our vehicles there as long as we live in the area. And, if we're in need of repairs that are outside of their scope of work, which is uncommon, they have recommended reputable shops that can do the work. Also, they have saved us money from time to time by not charging us for all the work done. Finally, they follow up with us every time we've had a repair to make sure that everything is going well - you can't say that about the large franchises!ServicesService not listed
I've been going to Combs for over 20 years. I send my 83- year old mother to Combs. I JUST watched Scott, the owner, tell a guy he did not need to tires on his truck yet. I guarantee that guy will come back when he does. How many automotive shops can you trust like that? Like I said, I send my 83-year old mother there. These are honest, hard working folks, worthy of your money. Please give them your business. They will earn it.
We take all of our vehicles to Combs for service (several). They are competent and will get to the root of the problem if your car isn't working right. They are honest and communicate quickly and don't try and sell services that are not necessary when you bring it in. I appreciate the time and energy that they spent fixing one of our cars on our most recent visit and highly recommend this business for any car repair, maintenance, etc. They stand behind their work, I appreciate that.

I can’t say enough great things about Combs. I first starting using them because they are a locally owned business. They are organized, timely, and have always done a great job with maintaining and fixing our cars. I have a fleet of work vehicles that they maintain. The best part is that I can trust them to fix what needs to be fixed and not try to run my bill up with other things that I don’t need. I can send my employees or children up with their cars and trust that whatever Combs says needs to be done should be done and never once worry about having to question the services being providing. I was very happy with the service at Combs Auto Service and Tire Center. The back hatch on my 13vyear old vehicle wore out and they were able to fix it the same day I took it in. I forgot to mention my brakes were doing something funny and their technician found my brake lines needed replacing. So glad this person noticed and they fixed them also. The repair cost were very reasonable. I had Googled the repair at parts online so I had a general idea. This was my second visit, the first was just to see if I should repair a slow oil leak and they advised me to do nothing, which is exactly what 2 of my brother's said on the phone (they live 900 miles from me). I now have a great place to take my car that I feel I can trust. THANK YOU.
