Honest mechanics. Does a good job. Been going there for many years and have recommended it to many, all with good results. Sells great tires as well.
A fine business where you know the staff by name, and where you can trust in the level of competence across the board. Their work is consistently reliable and their integrity consistently high.
My daughter, Rebecca, was in town over the 4th of July holiday, visiting for a week. I noticed a rather large grease spot on the driveway, under her car. As she would be traveling back to Rochester, NY within a few days, I decided to call Patrick at Combs and have the vehicle looked at. Patrick got her in right away.Rebecca had an oil change just before she left for her trip to St. Louis. After looking things over, it was determined the oil drain cap was replaced crookedly by the mechanic in Rochester who performed the oil change. They topped off all the fluids and checked everything over carefully, after which they returned the car over to Rebecca, without charging us for anything.Combs provides superior customer service, which has kept us loyal customers of Combs for over 30 years.
First time customer:Height of the recent flood, they were short on people, long on customers. Scott and Co. kept smiling and being helpful to anyone who came in. When one of the counter guys received word his house was being threatened by rising water levels, they sent him home to "take care of business" in spite of being short-handed. Prompt and professional service , competitive pricing, and knowledgable staff; can't ask for more than that!
Every time I have gone there it has been an excellent experience. They give me options and I never feel like they are trying to up sell me. I think the are are a model of what the customer experience should be. Please keep it up Combs!
The Combs guys (& gal now) are always helpful and keep up on what our families ( & company) vehicles (8) will be needing in the future. This helps us all plan up coming expenses!!!Patrick & John know how to get it completed with the great help they have in the shop.
