1st time customer.
Appt. at 10:00 AM for tires ,oil, and a general check up on F150. On time and out the door, no surprises, just after 11:15. That was the good part. The truly amazing story is that Scott and his guys were short on help due to the current flooding, they were remarkably busy, focused, and took care of anyone who came in with a smile. Add to that, yet another employee received word that his home was in harms' way and without hesitation, Scott sent him on his way.
My extended family and I now have a new source for our automotive service needs. Best of the best and I love their sign.

These guys are fun, polite, professional, honest, no pressure, and no nonsense. They have provided great service for me and my extended family for well over a decade. More than once they have openly discussed with me a range of remedies and costs for a particular problem and have told me plainly what absolutely had to be done, and what could wait, or not be done at all depending on my long or short term plans for a particular car. I even took it in once for new tires and they told me I still had a season's worth of good and safe tread on the tires and they advised me to wait before buying new tires. "Tire Center" is in their name. Love these guys.

They are very honest and priced right. I know I can trust them to tell me exactly what is wrong with my car and not try to find other things wrong, like the chain store near my house does. They also fix my car very quickly which I really appreciate! This is the only place we bring our cars. Thank you Combs!
Write the fictional story of a local auto shop that cares about their reputation. But in the case of Combs, it's a real place - not fiction.
On the occasions I have had work or service at Combs Tire and Auto in Kirkwood I have always been listened to carefully and have been given courteous and prompt service. I will always use them for all my auto needs in the future.
This was a very good first time experience. Needed an oil change after a long road trip. Ran in to a small glitch trying to schedule an appointment online through the business' web site, but was able to work it out with Scott over the phone. Prices were fair and completed as agreed when setting the appointment.
Combs Tire has always been up front and honest with what they have found wrong with my cars and how much it will coast to repair it. They will work with you if it is a high dollar repair. They will also give you their opinion if they think it is worth the coast to fix it. I trust them for all my car repairs. They also are good about getting the repair done in a timely manner. I would recommend them.
I have taken multiple cars over the years to Combs and they have built a history of trust with me. If a repair is needed I am given options and reccommendations that give me choices.
These are professional mechanics who'll tell you what's up, no bs, and fix it right. Also have classic sports memorabilia decorating the waiting area, really cool stuff. Oh and call ahead just in case they're booked.
These are the friendliest guys in the tire biz! I have never had a more courteous & honest experience! The only place I will have my car serviced.
They always are honest about what you need or don't. Comfortable waiting room, wifi, even an awesome saltwater tank. Prices are good and you know they will take care of you.
