We are disappointed we have had to bring our car back after the last 3 services with Combs. Two of those services were scheduled oil changes. The first one was brake work. The brakes were put on backwards before a trip we took. When we returned, they identified the mistake and replaced the ones put on backwards. However, now the other brakes needed replaced as well (at our cost). The next visit of issue was a scheduled oil change with a request to check the belts. The belts were fixed but the oil change forgotten. We had to come back for the oil change. The third time we had a oil change. Our car was leaking oil after and needed to come back to fix it. They replaced the oil gasket at no charge. The desk staff is friendly, however Combs has become costly and time consuming for us.

We have taken our cars here for years. Quick, honest repairs and maintenance & the best customer service you will find anywhere. Highly recommend.

Top notch folks and honest as the day is long! Highly recommend. Received a better price on a new set of tires from Scott over the local Sam's Club down the street! Need not look further for your auto repair and or tire needs.

Great guys. Fabulous service. Two times did not perform unnecessary services. Thorough explanation of services. Kind and keep all promises. Appreciate their consistency, reliability and friendliness. Would recommend, and do recommend, to everyone I know.

Always excellent service with a smile! I am never disappointed here. Services are fully explained...in terms I understand (!) as are costs. People are friendly and courteous. Waiting room is very nice and coffee is provided. I would not trust my car to anyone else.

If you need an oil change and fillter, they will check tire pressure(w tread depth) and battery cranking amps. They do not (as far as I can tell) check the fluid levels for the radiator, power steering pump. and windshield washer. Fall is a good time to check the radiator antifreeze if you ask.

Had initially scheduled with another service provider, but switched to Combs after reading their reviews. Glad I did. Their service, staff and facilities were top notch. I'm very pleased with my experience and would recommend Combs to anyone.

I need to be able to trust my mechanic. A lot of places can fix my car, but I want someone who will tell me when I should plan for upcoming maintenance, and let me know when I don't need repairs that other places have recommended. I need to be able to wait for my vehicle if necessary. I need to be able to rely on my car being taken care of efficiently and guaranteed and know I am not paying more than everyone else. I need to be respected, me and my car. I found that with Combs.

I'd recommend Combs to anyone that needs to have their car service. The prices are competitive and the service is heads and shoulders better than any other repair center that I've ever been.

On time excellent service. This old car had a lot of problems that were identified in the evaluation phase and then in the repair phase, when they got "up and close and personal", they made appropriate changes that saved me money. You can't ask any more than that.
