Just stopped by to get prices on a unique set of tires. Was greeted and treated very kindly and professionally. Chris did research while I was there and presented me several no pressure options. He suggested I further research the options and call him when I am ready. At this point I think that will happen especially with this approach to service and prices.
Combs gave me the best experience I’ve ever had at an auto repair shop. Not only were they personable, welcoming, and informative, they were also honest with their work and talked through everything with me. I had 3 separate problems on my vehicle (a wheel mishap from taking it to a cheap tire shop, EGR valve insufficient flow code, and my catalytic converter was stolen). They fixed two of the issues (EGR and tire) quick and easy, ensuring I knew exactly what was needed and how much it would cost. Knowing I had financial limitations as a college student, Patrick at Combs told me what price they could potentially replace my catalytic converter for, but suggested another shop that would likely be able to weld and replace it for me cheaper. I so much appreciated their honesty and consideration for my budget. They did amazing work, and what could have been an extremely stressful event turned into finding my new go-to auto shop!They also picked me up so that I was able to get my car without waiting on a friend to be available to drive me! Combs was amazing! I highly recommend them!
I brought my new (used) car in for a maintenance overview to make sure everything checked out. Combs was professional, reasonably priced and overall enjoyable to work with. From now on, they have my family’s business. Nice to have found a reliable auto mechanic. They also have some really cool memorabilia to look at while you wait.
I’ve only been a customer for about 1 year, but Scott and the rest of the Combs team treat me like we’ve been friends for years. Very personalized service. Quality of work and value are both excellent. When I needed new tires, Scott listened to what I wanted, asked good questions, and recommended just the right tires for my situation. They were installed quickly and at the exact price I was quoted, no hidden charges. I especially appreciate the follow-up messages to confirm I was satisfied and reminders when I’m due for service.
