Yesterday, my 9 year old van died and had to be towed to Comb's at 3pm on a Friday. They had the starter fixed by 5pm!!! I know they worked me in because I am a regular customer. I was just thrilled to have my vehicle back working before the weekend.

As always, Combs did the diagnostic work speedily and provided a no nonsense recommendation to cure the problem without a hint profiteering. Their record for honesty and concern for the customer is first rate.

Great place to take your car for any need! They treat you like family and have great people doing a great job. I have never felt taken advantage of by Combs Tire. Customer service is priority one for Combs.

This is getting old. I drop my car off at night , they call me and tell me everything is finished just as they said it would be, I pick my car up, they're pleasant and friendly, the price is very fair. I have nothing to complain about, Maybe I should go back to one of the other places that give me grief so there is something to for me to whine about!!!!!

Why do you keep asking me this? If I say so myself, I have made several brilliant and insightful suggestions in the past with no action being taken on any of them. But, being the eternal optimist, here is one more suggestion that I know will boost business and create greater harmony amongst repeat customers. I would install a small, but tastefully done, bar area in the waiting room. A few tap handles with local and imported craft beers would be nice to go along with the premium cigar humidor and smoking area. Don't forget near the smoking area to have a display cabinet holding all the bottles of Single Malt Scotch Whisky available. I hope this information helps you in your quest to provide better service and I can't wait till my next visit to Combs.

I like the fact I can make an appointment, wait for my car, and they actually start working on it so I can get out of there in a timely fashion. Also I trust them to keep my car in good working order. They always alert me if I may need to consider future service, so I can mentally and financially prepare.
