customer service is exceptional. i decided to hang for a few hours while they did the work and they offered me drinks and leftover pizza after they ordered too much. they have since checked in twice to make sure my car is running well. this is my new shop.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment
I had a flat tire and the gentleman here were so helpful and efficient. They changed my tired in less than 20 minutes and helped me even after they had closed!
They are always thorough and professional. We took it in for one problem that they corrected and discovered another issue. They called with the estimate and took care of that as well. This company deserves a 10 star rating!

Combs team of service members and mechanics are great at what they do. I have brought different makes and models of vehicles to them and they are confident in making sure its taken care of, in addition to making sure you're happy. They don't try to sell you what you don't need, or make you feel pressured to take care of everything at once.They're honest. And I'm confident that my Jeep will be safe out on the road long-term. We've been taking our cars there for about 8 years now, and we've never been let down. Actually, we're typically surprised by their timeliness, professionalism, expertise and CARE! We once had work done that cost approx. $600, and we received a call from the Comb's crew that they were refunding our money because they were double checking their work afterwards and noticed that the job they had already completed should have fallen under warranty from work they had done in the previous 10 months. WE WOULDN'T HAVE KNOWN THE DIFFERENCE, BUT THEY CALLED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THAT'S AMAZING! Though there are dozens of mechanics within 5 minutes of where I live, I drive 20 minutes to get to Combs. Combs is such a fantastic auto mechanic shop, I am hesitant to leave the stellar review they deserve, because I know it will result in increased volume and waiting times for me! Nevertheless, I must say, if you're looking for a trustworthy, honest, and affordable mechanic, Combs is your place. The guys there are super, super friendly, and I've never felt pressured by them to get unnecessary work done on our cars. We've had breaks done on a CR-V and a Highlander, an engine repair and tire rotation on our CR-V, and routine oil changes performed on both vehicles. I never felt price gouged, and the work was always done according to industry standards. When we first moved to STL, our CR-V broke down and I had it towed to Combs on the recommendation of my friend. They were able to get my car up and running the next day! The one thing (though it's not really a negative) is that they are always quite busy, because, no-doubt, the locals have discovered the quality of their shop. Nevertheless, they have many garages and mechanics, so it never takes very long to schedule an appointment. Once your car's in the shop, it's done in a matter of days.
