Friendly staff - very personable and willing to help. However, there is a more to providing good service than a friendly face. As an individual who knows nothing about cars - I asked my employer for a nearby suggestion when my car broke down. She recommended Combs, saying she brought all of their family and company cars to the shop. I contacted Combs, telling them about my boss' recommendation and they were able to take my car same-day which was great. After a few hours, I was contacted and told I needed both a minor and major fix, totaling over $1,000. I had the minor problem fixed and - against the Mechanic's recommendation - drove my car home until I could figure my next move. My car seemed to be driving fine in the next few days, so I decided to just wait until it started to give me problems. Today, 9 months later, my car is still running fine - with no repairs made since. It is common knowledge that people are often "ripped off" by Auto Shops - but after their recommendation from my boss, and with their knowledge of this recommendation - I was shocked they gave me false information about my car. The mechanic's conversation with me gave me the impression my car was unsafe to drive without this $900+ repair, this was simply incorrect and in my opinion, poor customer service. As my car is still in good running shape 9 months after their diagnosis - I personally will not be back to Combs.

A great experience.

Four months ago I could not get my car to start....once I finally got it started I took it to Combs who looked it over for and hour and a half and could not find a problem. They said if it happened again to bring it back as they believed it was the starter but didn't want to replace an expensive part on a maybe. A couple of days ago the same thing happened so I limped my car in on a Friday afternoon at 2:20. I was sure I would have the car by Monday afternoon. Patrick said let me see what I can do. At 4pm I got a call that the car was done and I could come and pick it up at anytime. These guys are amazing. Not only are they about as pleasant as they come but they're honest.... now theres a concept.

By far the most professional tire buying experience I've ever had. Nothing sketchy about the pricing, the tires were there when they said they would be. I waited for them to be installed and they finished FASTER than their estimate. The waiting room was clean with a free wifi and an easy to use desk.

Excellent customer service. Scott and Patrick go above and beyond to take care of their clients. The Service Tech's are professional, courteous and preform top quality work.

You are there when I need you and I have come to trust that the work will be accomplished in a professional way. Unlike the place I used in the past, I don't suspect what you tell me about the work needed.
