While I appreciate you going the extra mile to rent a car for me to use, I was a little uncomfortable in a rental car because of the liability issues.

Using Combs website, I was able to quickly find tires and get an estimate. The price was reasonable, and they were able to schedule me for the next morning at 8am, which really helped because I had a long road trip to make that night. The customer service was excellent. They even have desk space and wireless internet while you wait. I have a couple complaints, but they were minor or fixed immediately by one of the managers. First, one of the hub covers was missing, which the manager noticed right away and fixed. Second, the tires weren't inflated to the correct pressure, and the tires were all at different pressures. I have had this occur at several tire places before, which is why I always check the pressure before I leave. The car was definitely drivable as it was, but I'd rather not have my front driver's side tire at 37.5psi and the front passenger side at 34.5psi when the car is rated for 32psi in front.

Comb's Auto & Tire service team are excellent in all that they do! Wonderful customer service-always willing to bend over backwards to help the customer. Quick & cost effective services provided-from oil changes to major auto repairs. I feel as though they are honest in the information they provide as well.

Wow, what a great crew! I could not have come upon such a wonderful service. You guys did above and beyond the work on my car. It was a expensive job, but you guys made it very worth it. You guys made several things right. As Patrick would say " it is the right thing to do!" I will tell my friends and family that this is the ONLY place to bring your car for repair! Thanks so much!
