Amazing service! Dennis and his team did an amazing job figuring out what was going on with my car. He saved me a ton of money on what the dealership told me was going to be a very expensive repair by looking for the root cause of the problem. He was even able to get a new battery for my car at a discounted price. I'd highly recommend them and will be bringing my car here from now on.

Justin and Dennis did a great job on my STEK DYONPrism wrap on my Model Y.This is a really difficult film to work with, but they ironed out the little issues until I was totally happy with the installation. The car looks great, and it took a couple tries to get everything almost perfect.The window tint was terrible especially the windshield was useless. I will do down the street and get a tint shop to re-do the windshield. They mentioned that they do not have an in-house tint guy and it shows. I do not recommend getting your tint there.

I had a very bad experience, paid a lot of money for a test that was supposed to take 3 hours. 2 days later I took my car out because they wanted more money to give me a simple electrical system diagnose. Very disappointing.

Dropped off the car for front ppf and tinting windshield and all 4 windows. The checkin process and appointment process was smooth and all options were explained very well. Picked up the car after 3 days and communication was great throughout. The ppf job looks good and is well done and have a follow-up appointment after 2-3 weeks to check for imperfections/sort them out. The tinting job seems well done on the windows but the front windshield is very badly done with visible scratches. They were kind to mention that it will be taken care of in the follow-up appointment. The interior trim was damaged in two places near the edge of the windshield which was not a great sight. I was told the trim will be taken care of in the follow up as well. Will post an update after 2 weeks. Overall, would definitely recommend the place for the ppf job. As for tinting, I will post an update. The people are nice and listen to/address the concerns.

I used Level up Auto Styling for my window tint, and have had a positive experience so far. I left my vehicle for tint and then was ready by promised time. They do carbon and ceramic tints with lifetime warranty.Given that this is a specialized shop and not a commerical one, recommend making appointment before hand. The rates for tint were very reasonable. Also they do tints only on Mon-Wed so make sure to get in before that.My vehicle was returned clean and in the condition I gave. The folks were knowledgeable about the kind of tints rules etc.Loved their service and would recommend for sure.

I called for a quote and they said for the small slight side windows in my 2 door Chevy Camaro were $75 each. The same price for the normal sized windows. They are way over priced.

Griffin’s Auto Repair did a great job adding full frontal PPF and ceramic coating to my car. Very glad that my car will stay shiny and have its paint protected for a while!

Got a new Jeep last week and plan to be taking trails in Tahoe this summer, and doing some fishing. Before I head that way I got a few things done to protect my Jeep thanks to Level up, they did a full front ppf job ceramic coated the rest of the car and installing windshield protection. The car is ready to go against the elements and the future time spent on keeping it clean is minimal

Very professional shop with quality work. I was able to drop off and pick up my car on the same day. They even sent me a follow up message a few days after to make sure the tints were doing okay, which I really appreciated.

Waited a while for my Volvo xc40 to arrive. When I got my delivery date called Level Up to book a full front ppf package and added the basic wear and tear package too. This covers the whole front including lights and door handles and door edges. I got my car in the gorgeous Amazon Blue and plan to keep it looking new as long as possible! The guys there are quick to respond very clear on what’s going on and got it back to me sooner than expected!

Great service! Brought my 2019 CX-5 AWD to get a 4-wheel alignment after installing new tires. Quick turnaround and pretty cool guys! Would recommend!

The whole repair process was incredibly quick and easy. Initially I went to a couple other repair shops and their quotes were higher and repair timelines were a lot longer. Dennis did a quick inspection and helped me deal with insurance and rental. More impressively, when parts came in a day later than expected, he was quick to communicate and even offered to help me with Lyft that day! Overall, very professional, communicative and easy to work with. Highly recommend!

Had nothing short of a great experience working with Dennis and his team. I had my CrV tinted and Jay was able to help me. Dennis was actually on leave at the time, but he was able to set up his team to help me out. The tint itself is beautiful and helps me keep the heat down in these hot months. What I appreciated most was how they took care of me, gave me a ride share to my destination, and on the way back. I've been to various other private own auto shops and they wouldn't offer that on the front end.Appreciate the tint and hospitality guys. I'll be back for more work in the future.

Dennis and Justin are A1 individuals. They truly care about your needs, and they deliver. I recently purchased a new car and took it to them to wrap it with a PPF. The car looks incredible. There were some areas that needed some additional work after the first try, and Dennis and Justin had no problem working on it overtime to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I will definitely continue to come to Level Up/Griffins for my auto needs. Even if they can't help you, they'll put you in touch with someone who can. Really appreciate their hard work and diligence with my cars. Been going to them for years and will continue to do so moving forward.

Inquired with them in reference to doing a blackout/chrome delete wrap on my Mercedes. They quoted me a great price and did a phenomenal job on the wrap! I couldn't be more pleased. I plan on using them as my "go-to" shop for future projects.

Omg, I thought I had already reviewed this auto repair shop and just need to update, but nope! The people who work at Griffin's Auto Repair / Level Up Auto Styling REALLY know what they're doing! It starts with the owner Dennis. He will literally run you through what your car's problem could be, always gives a fair estimate, never overcharges, and will do a great job fixing whatever it is you need. I've been coming in for oil changes and other maintenance, but also having several things fixed. Always reliable, fair priced, great work! That also goes for two of his guys working for him that I met named Justin and Patrick. Everyone is very friendly and all their work meticulous. Now, I live in LA and can't see my mechanic anymore. :((( I told him over the phone what my dire situation was yesterday (my 2005 Toyota Corolla wouldn't start anymore and the alarm kept going off, so I had to have it towed to my home). Dennis told me to disconnect the battery for a while (I left it like that overnight) and was spot on with his further diagnosis, so I knew what to expect. Since I live across the street from a Toyota dealership now, I walked there in the AM. To start, they wanted to charge me $180/hr for diagnosis even though I already knew what was wrong. Anyways, they gotta do their job. That price however was too much, so I had my car towed to my new shop here. Within a few hours they called me to let me know, the car is ready to go. They confirmed what Dennis suspected and gave me my car back at ZERO charge! Glad I made their day with some good Cuban bakery goods, Gatorade, and well deserved after work Modelos. Anyways, THANK YOU SO MUCH Dennis and team for always doing amazing work. Outstanding customer service!

I have a 2020 Gls, white in color and park it outside. I have 3 kids and little time to wash the car. For minimal long term care and protection from the sun and other things. Me getting this car fully covered in paint protection film was a no brainer and a time saver. Level up auto styling help educated me on the product and was super helpful. The end result after looked amazing and so glossy.

I was driving on the freeway behind a work truck and it kicked up a bunch of gravel, messing up my Prius (my babygirl Sheila)'s front bumper... insurance covered the fix but I wanted to avoid this kind of thing in the future looking around I read up on paint protection film. Level Up got me in quick and did a full front set up. Including hood bumper lights front fenders and side mirrors. I also had a nice shine to it now! My Prius looks like I just picked her up the first day can't thank the team enough for everything, their consistent communication around updates and photos of Sheila put me at ease knowing she'd be in safe hands Thank you 10/10 would recommend

The guys at griffin's auto are one of the best in the great Mountain View area. Dennis and Justin are very well knowledgeable in the automotive industry and very well equipped with all the right tools and supplies to get your vehicle back running right. Honest with all their recommendations for each vehicle. I have been bringing my vehicle to them for the last 3 years and what I appreciate most is that they are familiar with my vehicle and know exactly what it needs for the next time around.
