My 2005 Cad DeVille had a leaking boot covering the CV-Joint. This is a tough repair job. Griffin's estimated cost accurately, and replaced both inner and outer boots with all parts perfectly clean. I think Griffin's knows its stuff well, and may be relied upon for repair of serious mechanical problems.

I was proposed a remanufactured alternator for 100 $ less, I refused , anyway a remanufactured altenator was installed, I wasn't informed and I paid 340$ while it costs in most other places 200$, unfortunately I discovered that later.

Mr. Griffin had great communication with me about my possibility to by a Volkswagon Jetta. Because of his assessment of the Jetta I was able to make a wise decision & am very thankful to him!

Our transmission broke down just as Griffins was closing for a holiday. Griffins arranged for a rental car for us so we wouldn't be inconvenienced. The cause of the problem was elusive, but was found and repaired. Griffins is thorough, and professional. Further, Griffins is honest, and fair. We can't imagine going anywhere else. Griffins definitely keeps our car in top shape.

Great thorough and professional service from a small efficient and well managed shop. Owner Dennis Griffen does it all for all types and ages of automobiles.

Dennis is always helpful, friendly, and informative. He did me the favor of replacing our radiator by the end of Friday so we could have the car for a weekend trip. I highly recommend Griffin's as a mechanic service!

I took my '96 Dodge pickup to Dennis last week for a radiator replacement. He diagnosed the problem quickly, ordered the part and had the truck ready to pick up the next day. The price was reasonable and the work, as always, was quality. Dennis is professional and courteous, and doesn't insult me with the slick BS I used to get from his competitor located a few blocks away....you know, the guy that says "when you want it done right....blah, blah, blah now give me a fat check". I appreciate an auto repair shop whose primary mission isn't to pick my pocket. Give Griffins a try, you won't be dissapointed.

Dennis again i think did a great job. His estimate was right on and only $13 off the actual cost and he completed the work the same day way ahead of schedule. He seems very honest, technically proficient and a great mechanic. I will continue to use him in the future and his on line car history is really great. Thanks, Dennis

Griffins provides great service. Honest, trustworthy, and very good mechanic. Not only that, nice staff (Dennis) makes you feel like you have stepped back in time to when service was person-to-person instead of like big shops of the present time where you are treated like you are just a number instead of a person. I am really happy to have found Griffins.

I'm a first time customer of Griffin"s and I am so pleased with the quality of service and professionalism by Dennis and his team. My Honda CRV suspension was in desperate need of repair. I called Anderson Honda and a couple other shops for assistance before I called Griffin's, I was glad to be greeted by a real person, Dennis was able to take my vehicle in the same day, he gave me a very reasonable rate so I asked him to do additional work on my other Honda CRV. I got both of my vehicles back within 24 hours. I was particularly impressed with how the team is managing the COVID-19 pandemic by making sure they are wearing masks and keeping surface areas clean. Did I mention My car drives like new? I'm so pleased with my experience, I feel (for once) that I got my money's worth. I will be returning! Thank you, Griffin's!

One of the greatest experience with a mechanic Let me explain. I have a car that is infamous for having transmission issues. During its time under warranty, they would only every replace the part. Over the years, its is now to the point where the car cost more to fix than its worth. I'm not originally from this area and often fear being overcharged for repairs on my car. When I came here, the owner was super helpful the entire process. When the car was first diagnosed, it was determined to be one of two things. When the first option did not work out and it was determined I would need a new transmission, he did not charge me for the additional work and included the cost in the overall work. Additionally, because my car would be in the shop for a few days, he was able to get me a rental. Throughout the entire process, he was super communicative and prepared different options for replacing the transmission (the other mechanics just 'fixed' it and gave it back). When my car was ready, they even showed me my old transmission and showed me what had gone wrong, explaining the process and the part that had malfunction. They even change my oil for free! Dennis and his team are great and I know I have found a trustworthy mechanic I can go to when my car starts to act up. Big or small, they do it all. Thank you!!!

This place is faul when it comes to they're work. Fred the guy that works here made a deal on changing my control arms back to the original ones. I dropped the car off on SAT & SUN, the 26th and 27th to get the job done and turns out that when I arrived today to bring it back home, my car was to lowered to the ground. I was confused because my car wasn't like that .. I don't know if they didn't put my original shocks back on or cut it but my car is not positioned in the right height !!!! Then he said that it's all there , and I have a bad shock or spring. I never had a problem wit that. All he was going to do is change the control arms.. but he said he didn't do nothin. If u look at the picture the difference is there from it being at my house during the day, to me getting there at 7:00pm and it being way out of order on the wheels scrapping too low against the fender , and then says lift up the Jack. This is bs. Now it's to the point that he don't want to take responsibility so it's a report wit the police now.. I DONT RECOMMEND BRINGING UR PROJECT MUSTSNG OR CAMAROS HERE. They might be doing stuff u don't know .. report this incident tomorow.
