What great service! Dennis and his team repaired my water pumped and changed my oil. Very reliable! Definitely would recommend. Will be going back when needed.

Took my Ford Ranger truck in as it appeared to have some issue. Griffin's Auto troubleshot the problem and turns out all it needed was a tune up. Quick and thorough turn around. Thank you.

This was my second visit to Griffin's. They once again exceeded my expectations. I needed my door locked fixed and my battery checked. They fixed my lock and checked my battery. Heads up- they can't check battery cells. They even replaced the battery in my key! It hasn't worked in years Highly recommend this shop! It's definitely my new spot.

Dennis and Justin are so knowledgeable, competent and efficient that I have complete onfidence when I leave the car in their hands. I am a disabled senior and they have always been very helpful and understanding. I highly recommend them.

The original owner vetted his replacement well: the service is still as friendly and efficient as ever. I dropped off my car Sunday evening for a Monday service appointment, and by 10:30am Monday I got a call saying it was ready for pickup.

Dennis & Justin are amazing! I brought my Ford Escape in to get the A/C inspected and to track down an oil leak. They were able to quickly diagnose the issue with the A/C and the source of my oil leak, provide an upfront estimate, and repair it in no time at all. Dennis even removed a nail he found in my tire free of charge.
I'll definitely be coming back instead of going to the dealer!
I own a Saab, so it's hard enough finding a mechanic who works on them, let alone a mechanic you can trust. Dennis was recommended by a family member and I couldn't be more happy. He acknowledged he works on Saabs, and took a picture of one he currently had in the shop. Wasn't sure if I needed a new alternator but he tested everything and confirmed it did. A few other issues were fixed, and the car is now at 100%.I would highly recommend them, they seem to work on every type of car, old or new, Japanese European or American! Thank you so much Griffin's Auto Repair!
WOW! If you want to be surprised in a good way this is the place to have your car or truck worked on. Justin and the team were great - transactionally super simple - It is clear they love what they do. If they were physicians - they'd be the physician's physcian.

My van and Camry were both serviced this month by Griffen's. Very satisfied with the service. It was done thoroughly and quickly as promised. Reasonable cost. It's what I've grown to expect from Griffen's after 15 years of service.

I've been a happy customer at Griffin's for years. Recently he's added some new mechanics to help with the work. The work continues to be top-notch, but for setting up appointments and getting estimates it's best to talk to the owner.
This is the best most honest place for your car repair. Dennis is super nice and takes awesome care of his customers. He even put my car first because I didn't have any other way to get around.

I thought the charge for removing the sap from my car ($250) was a bit high. Maybe the few remaining pieces will be removed at next service without more charges? Otherwise I was pleased with the service and especially appreciate the pick-up and delivery, Dennis.
Dennis Griffin is my go to mechanic. He is honest and kind. He knows vehicles well and runs his auto repair business with great integrity.

My car was making odd sounds as I was coming into San Francisco on my way to spend the weekend with my son in San Rafael. I stopped, called Dennis, and based on my description of the problem he assured me that it was safe to drive. This quieted my nerves. I spent the weekend in San Rafael and went straight to Griffin's on my return on Monday. While I had lunch nearby Dennis made the time to take care of the problem. I appreciate so much his support through the years.

I've been taking my car to Griffin's for just about four years now and I'm always impressed. Dennis is friendly, personable, knowledgable and overall a good guy and a great mechanic. Instead of waiting for the part to arrive in the mail for my car on my most recent visit, Dennis searched neighboring areas for the part and personally drove to go get it himself in Sunnyvale. I was so impressed. That extra effort allowed me to get my car back a day sooner than planned which is so necessary for my job as I'm a commuter. Dennis truly cares about his customers and is also able to guarantee a 3 year warranty on his work where other places would only guarantee a year or two. It's no wonder they've been in business for over 30 years.
