This place is a hidden gem. Ran by Christian people who are honest and forthright and do an amazing job. It is so nice and refreshing to be told honestly what is wrong with your car and what it needs. They also go out of their way to train young people in this skill set and give them raises according to certifications that they obtain to make their lives better. It is a win-win all around and they are a blessing in our community.
Jay was extremely helpful making arrangements to get my car fixed. They replaced the intake manifold gasket and radiator due to a leak. He also had a car that I could rent while he fixed mine. He called me to give me an update and also to let me know I needed a couple extra hoses and a new thermostat and what the cost would be before proceeding with the repairs. Very friendly staff and a clean work area. I will definitely return for future oil changes and any work needed.
Absolutely LOVE RG Mobile 1!! We've been customers for 15+ years. Jake and the Gillam team are the most honest mechanics we've worked with. We moved out of town 8 years ago, and after trying other mechanics in Avon and Indy, we drive back to Greenwood for RG Mobile 1 whenever our vehicles need serviced.They consistently go above and beyond to figure out issues and find solutions. The best place you could go to. I never have a single doubt that these mechanics have the best intentions in mind when I bring a vehicle here. They have gone out of their way to save me money instead of looking for ways to get me to spend more. They are straight to the point and Jake runs a fantastic crew. I can’t imagine ever taking my car anywhere else.
