I have a 2001 Porsche 911 all wheel drive & recently had a major electrical problem the turned out to be a failed alternator as well as bad battery. They were both overdo for replacement so I was not surprised by the findings. Upon further checking, a few other replacements were required as well. I also requested an oil change as well as other fluid flushes. Becker was very busy at the time bust able to complete the services rendered in 1-1/2 days. Becker Service is the best! I have been going to them for a few years and they take great care of my car. Recently I had an oil change and they alerted me to a nail in one of my tires which they quickly fixed and they also let me know about other services that I might need done. The employees there are transparent about car maintenance and whether your car needs the fix now or in the next 6 months or so. I highly recommend!Services: Tires, Vehicle Inspection, Oil change
So impressed! The owner and staff truly care about their clients. It can be difficult as a woman to go into an automotive shop, I felt totally at ease at Becker Service Center. Highly recommend.

I recently used Becker to check my suspension and fix a rear window. They were thorough with a full inspection, quick with the repair at a very reasonable price. Awful experience. I specifically told them not to touch my rear wiper (the wiper would not move) and the second I turned my car on I heard the rear wiper motor turn on. I had to bring it back because I was worried of an electrical fire. When the car was brought back, the motor replacement was $500. They used to be reliable but have gotten sloppy since the pandemic. Sad to see a small business lose quality.

DON’T come here !This place is absolutely garbage, do not trust these people they do not care about you nor your car nor your hard earned money.At first I only took my car here because it is close to home and it is all I knew.But after feeling like they don’t the job serious and feeling my car actually run worse than when I brought it in, and ever since then it’s been a constant battle with them trying to fix what they screw up.I’ve taken it to other mechanic shops since and they refuse to work on it due to the excessive damage and stripped bolts and missing caps, and just a complete lack of accountability.They refuse to fix what they ruined, and are charging me a lot of money to fix what they messed up, not even a discount.Do yourself the favor and just take your hard earned money elsewhere.Also while I was there I see a young lady dealing with a very similar issue with them and the way they talked to her was pathetic. Economically I’m comfortable, however for that young lady whose car it sounds they ruined too, I feel for her, looks like they put her in a bad situation.Don’t let your wives or daughters go here alone.Shop full of snakes.The positive reviews here absolutely have to be friends and family of theirs.Never again.

Unexpectedly my coil spring snapped and Becker was able to fit me in and got it repaired the same day I called. I've been to them several times and they've always done a good job. They are good at diagnosing problems and communicating pairs and costs.
Impressed at the quality of service here. Probably one on the best garages I’ve been to ever in the US. Great communication, clear and open in communication of work, and prices are reasonable. Strongly recommended.
Had a great experience bringing my Wrangler in for some belt and pulley issues. They fixed it up and had me back on the road the next day They provided a really detailed report about the car and suggested a few bits of maintenance that were LONG overdue. The report came as an easy to access link with photos, which I really liked. That said, I never felt pressured to do more than I needed to, nor did I feel like any of the suggestions were unwarranted. Great, honest, thorough and won't break the bank. Dropped the car off on a Monday, said it would probably be looked at Thursday due to other customers; I received a great online assessment of my car with pics and explanations of the issues the next day and drove my fixed car home Tuesday.
